Depois de ligar, enviar outro e-mail recebi o orçamento.
Fui pessoalmente na loja fazer o orçamento dos móveis... Até agora (quase dois meses não recebi). Fiz várias perguntas a vendedora mas ela não soube me responder.
Péssimo atendimento... Ninguém sabe de nada, de como funciona, preços...
Se for para abrir uma loja e não saber de nada e nem enviar orçamento, pode encerrar as atividades.
I sent an email requesting a laminate quote .. I was not answered.
After calling, sending another email I received the quote.
I personally went to the store to estimate the furniture ... So far (I haven't received it for almost two months). I asked the saleswoman several questions but she couldn't answer me.
Bad service ... Nobody knows anything, how it works, prices ...
If you are going to open a store and don't know anything or send a budget, you can end your activities.
