Parte dos móveis foi entregue com atraso e outra parte sequer foi entregue ainda, passadas mais de 3 semanas do prazo combinado originalmente. O atendimento no pós-venda é insatisfatório, sempre com desculpas e falta de informações claras. Além disso, tivemos problemas de qualidade com um dos móveis entregues.
Atualização: Obrigado pela resposta "apenas" 10 meses depois da compra. Realmente foi bastante útil. E com certeza não errei o nome da loja, a compra foi realizada em nome de minha esposa.
We bought several pieces of furniture at the store and, unfortunately, the deadlines agreed for delivery were not met. Part of the furniture was delivered late and another part hasn't even been delivered yet, more than 3 weeks after the originally agreed deadline. After-sales service is unsatisfactory, always with excuses and lack of clear information. In addition, we had quality issues with one of the delivered furniture.
Update: Thanks for the response "only" 10 months after purchase. It really was quite helpful. And I certainly didn't miss the name of the store, the purchase was made in my wife's name.
