★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compartilho do problema do pedigree, comprei um cão em fevereiro e até agora a loja enrola para entregar, alem de ter pego o cão com sarna. Pet shop só pensa na venda e lucro, não recomendo a ninguém.
Atualização de quatro anos depois: pedigree virou pó, a situação em si é bizarra.

Durante a semana eu marquei a tosa bebê para meu lhasa e ao chegar no horário marcado, o Jhonatham extremamente mau humorado simplesmente segurou a pata do cachorro e bem grosseiro disse que teria que passar a máquina bem baixa porque estava com nós.
Após um desentendimento, a atendente Carol disse que o cachorro tinha alguns nós, porém pelo fato dele ser grande, o local estava sem disponibilidade de atendimento por estarem trabalhando com redução.
Estou indignada, pois pela segunda vez tenho problemas neste local.
GENTE!!!! O CACHORRO NAO ESTÁ EMBOLADO.
OS ATENDENTES SO ATENDEM CACHORROS PEQUENOS SEM PELOS OU ENTAO QUE TENHAM QUE PASSAR A MAQUINA.

Obs: eu avisei que meu cachorro é lhasa porte médio.
We were not well attended.at this location.
During the week I scheduled the baby grooming for my lhasa and when I arrived at the appointed time, the extremely grumpy Jhonatham simply held the dog's paw and very rudely said he would have to run the machine very low because he was with us.
After a disagreement, the attendant Carol said that the dog had some knots, but because it was big, the place was not available for assistance because they were working with reduction.
I'm outraged, because for the second time I have problems in this place.
PEOPLE!!!! THE DOG IS NOT BUNDLED.
THE ATTENDANTS ONLY ATTEND SMALL PUPPIES WITHOUT FUR OR WHEN THEY HAVE TO PASS THE MACHINE.
LAZIES!!!
Note: I told you that my dog is a medium sized lhasa dog.

We acquired a very healthy and excellent pedigree puppy, exactly the way we asked, they were looking for us for 6 months. Bath personnel very capricious, attentive attendants, well informed veterinarian, we recommend! The products in general, could have a little more affordable price.
