★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me venderam uma unidade problemática, aconteceu várias tragédias na minha unidade e eles se quer me deram apoio pós venda. Tenho fotos, videos e nem um apoio da Planik, apenas um e-mail dizendo "lamento o ocorrido" Cuidado!
Incluindo uma nova foto para mostrar a 'qualidade' do empreendimento Planik. Todo dia uma dor de cabeça.
They sold me a troublesome unit, there were a lot of tragedies in my unit and they wanted to give me after sales support. I have photos, videos and not even a support from Planik, just an email saying "I'm sorry" Careful!
Including a new photo to show the 'quality' of the Planik venture. Everyday a headache.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui atendido com muita rapidez e fiquei muito bem impressionado com a qualidade dos 2 empreendimentos que comprei,ja vendi os dois apartamentos e estou pensando em comprar mais um ou dois,em funçao do custo beneficio e sempre em otimas regioes que apos o final da obra sempre valorizam e deixam uma margem interessante para investir.
Em resumo ,vale a pena para o cliente final bem como para quem estiver interessado em investir.
I was always served very quickly and I was very impressed with the quality of the 2 projects I bought, I have already sold the two apartments and I am thinking of buying one or two more, depending on the cost-benefit and always in great regions after the end of the work always value and leave an interesting margin to invest.
