Quality products, plus a company very unconcerned with its surroundings, seem to have no sociability policies with the surrounding community and no relationship with the public university and CEU Pimentas by its side. I believe they must be sealed in the box.

Solicitei tinta na semana passada, me informaram que estava pronta e solicitaram o nome da transportadora. Só descobri ontem que o produto sequer tinha saído de SP (absurdo! vergonha!) Todo meu planejamento foi por agua abaixo e minha cliente está mto insatisfeita.
Saudade da Plastin de alguns anos atrás....uma pena.
I have been working with the brand since its opening, the prices were wonderful, however, today it practices the same price as its competitors and has made two of its three main differentials go down the drain; good service and price.
I requested ink last week, I was told it was ready and asked for the name of the carrier. I only found out yesterday that the product had not even left SP (absurd! shame!) All my planning went down the drain and my client is very dissatisfied.
Missing the Plastin from a few years ago.... a pity.
