★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento cordial, preço bom, rapidez na execução dos serviços. Arrumaram na hora o analógico do controle do Xbox Series S e ainda encontrei um HD para Xbox360 com um preço camarada. Pelo hábito até chorei um desconto, apesar do preço já estar bom, mas ganhei um não como resposta. ?

Eu só precisava trocar o HD do PS4 e assim me dirigi a Sta. Efigênia. Lá todos em que passei, destaco 1 que é "famoso" por vídeos no YouTube, tentaram enrolar e fazer mais do que deveria ou passaram um preço absurdo. Na Play X o valor saiu tranquilo sendo M.O e HD, e o atendimento show de bola!
Recomendo!

I just needed to change the PS4 HD and so I headed to Sta. Ephigenia. There everyone I passed, I highlight 1 who is "famous" for videos on YouTube, tried to roll and do more than they should or passed an absurd price. At Play X, the value came out quiet, being M.O and HD, and the service was great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei para fazer um orçamento e haviam 2 pessoas na minha frente aguardando para realizar conserto. O técnico me informou que seria necessário aguardar que ele finalizasse os 2 consertos que estavam na frente (detalhe: além desse técnico, haviam mais 3 na loja e eu queria apenas um orçamento, que qualquer um deles poderia ter feito). Aguardei por cerca de 30 minutos enquanto o técnico que me atendeu terminava o primeiro dos dois serviços que ele tinha para terminar antes de me atender, quando chegou um novo cliente que passou na minha frente e na frente e na frente do outro cliente que estava antes de mim e o técnico começou a atendê-lo. Como não aceito esse tipo de desrespeito com o meu tempo, simplesmente fui embora e jamais voltarei. Com certeza se me pedirem indicação de asistência técnica daqui pra frente sei dizer aonde NÃO devem levar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento arrogante e grosseiro na assistência após serem questionados sobre o método de abordagem definido para reparo do problema no console que levei até eles, perante sua real necessidade e o respectivo impacto no valor cobrado. No episódio em questão, questionei a necessidade da troca de determinado módulo na placa do console, sugerindo para eles a possibilidade de reparação diretamente pela substituição do circuito integrado (C.I) defeituoso presente nele (método direto).
Ao final, resolvi o problema do console em uma assistência na rua ao lado, sem mencionar o nome por questões éticas, realizando o procedimento que sugeri e foi recebido por chacota e desdenho na PlayX. Como resultado, economizei 44,44% do valor que iria gastar na PlayX (uma economia de aproximadamente R$ 200,00), mesmo sendo realizado um método que requer ainda mais tempo e cuidado durante a sua execução, e estou satisfeito em contribuir, como cliente, no "ganha-pão" de alguém prestativo e civilizado.
Ao possíveis clientes, perante o contato que tive e Independente do número de avaliações positivas, recomendo cautela. O visível comodismo, possivelmente gerado pelo fluxo de clientes levados até eles pelas avaliações, induzem na priorização do mais prático e rentável para a assistência, independente da existência de outras abordagens que considerem a relação entre objetividade, hardware e cliente. Recomendo que seja considerada a busca do parecer de mais assistências, permitindo expandir o seu leque de possibilidades para a escolha do reparo no local que apresente a abordagem mais qualificada.
Novamente, aos possíveis clientes, tenham calma. Questionamentos podem levar para respostas do nível de "Paga R$ 15.000,00 na máquina e faz você".
Apenas aproveitando o espaço final desta avaliação, fundamento minha afirmação que foi respondida na assistência por gargalhadas e a frase "Me mostra onde vende o C.I por esse preço que eu compro mil". Atualmente, no Alibaba (ainda mais barato que o AliExpress que tinha mencionado) a unidade do determinado C.I sai por $1,78 e comprando mil (de acordo com chacota) vai para $ 1,56 por unidade. Boas compras.

É um stand com algumas pessoas trabalhando na frente dos clientes mesmo, então dá pra você ver o serviço sendo feito.
Levei um controle Elite series 2 lá que estava com um botão travando. Por ser um controle caro, normalmente o pessoal enfia a faca no conserto, mas o técnico me explicou que uma travinha tinha quebrado e que o conserto sairia por R$40,00 e ficou perfeito, como novo. O serviço foi feito na hora mesmo, super rápido. Recomendo muito, honesto e bom.

Because it is an expensive control, normally people stick the knife in the repair, but the technician explained to me that a lock had broken and that the repair would cost R$40.00 and it was perfect, like new. The service was on time, super fast. I highly recommend it, honest and good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei hoje (20-08-21) meu PS VITA FAT que comprei usado a dois anos atras. O antigo dono tinha ele desde 2013. Levei para trocar a tela oled que estava com pixel queimado, por uma tela lcd. Tinha parafusos em mal estado, que foram trocados por novos, e um totalmente espanado na parte traseira.
Conseguiram retirar sem estragar a carcaça da parte traseira. Para isso, a solução foi aumentar um pouco o local da entrada do parafuso espanado na parte externa da carcaça para retirar e substituir este por um parafuso um pouco mais largo que o original, porque a parte interna onde ficava o parafuso espanado da carcaça traseira, foi danificado.
Após isto foi feito todo o trampo. O serviço ficou muito bom. Recomendo a PLAYX a todos

Today (20-08-21) I took my PS VITA FAT that I bought used two years ago. The former owner had it since 2013. It took me to change the oled screen that was with a burnt pixel, for an lcd screen. It had screws in bad condition, which were replaced with new ones, and one completely dusted off on the back.
They managed to pull it out without damaging the rear carcass. For this, the solution was to slightly increase the place of entry of the dusted screw on the outside of the housing to remove and replace this with a screw a little wider than the original, because the internal part where the dusted screw of the rear housing was, has been damaged.
After that, all the work was done. The service was very good. I recommend PLAYX to everyone
