★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui à sala localizada fora da área de segurança. A sala é bem pequena e oferece poucas opções de lanche. Fora isso, o ambiente é confortável e os atendentes são mitos solícitos. A sala está localizada próxima ao check-in da passaredo, é acessível tanto para embarque quanto para desembarque.
 I went to the room located outside the security area. The room is quite small and offers few snack options. Other than that, the atmosphere is comfortable and the attendants are helpful myths. The lounge is located next to the walkway check-in, it is accessible for both boarding and disembarking.

Conta com um ambiente ótimo, com mesas e poltronas confortáveis, também possui um ambiente de escritório para quem necessita trabalhar, bom wi fi, música de fundo agradável e suave, bons banheiros e ótimos chuveiros.
Ótimas opções de pratos, bons salgados, deliciosas sobremesas, além de diversas opções de coquetéis, vinhos, cervejas, refrigerantes, etc.
O serviço é muito bom e eficiente, com os funcionários se esforçando para agradar os clientes.
Preços: Não há custo para os portadores de cartão, dentro dos parâmetros e limites estipulados. Informe-se se o seu cartão dá direito ao acesso.
Recomendadíssimo para os portadores dos cartões elegíveis para acesso à sala.
Great VIP room at Guarulhos airport. In the case of our visit, it was due to the courtesy provided by VISA to Platinum cardholders.
It stays on domestic boarding, after having passed the security check.
It has a great atmosphere, with comfortable tables and armchairs, it also has an office environment for those who need to work, good wi fi, pleasant and soft background music, good bathrooms and great showers.
Great choices of dishes, good snacks, delicious desserts, as well as a variety of cocktails, wines, beers, soft drinks, etc.
The service is very good and efficient, with the staff going out of their way to please the customers.
Prices: There is no cost for cardholders, within the stipulated parameters and limits. Find out if your card entitles you to access.
Highly recommended for cardholders eligible for access to the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to have good memories of this lounge from previous visits, but today, my parents (my mom is also entitled of the benefit for being Amex Platinum Card holder) had such a bad experience, that really frustrated me a lot.
We traveled everywhere and we are always allow to bring a guest with us, for free, when they arrived, after more than 15 traveling and completely exhausted from the international flight, both of them tried to enter the Lounge and were told they could not join, because the card only allow ONE person. That was NEVER the case, I joined before many times with guests.
We even tried showing the online website where it clearly says we are entitled to this benefit, card hold plus guest, in ALL Plaza Premium Lounges around the world, even so, they did not let them go.
They made my parents wait for almost half an hour while they check the information, did not even let them in to wait inside, and after they could not confirm what we were proving from their end, they simply did nothing more for them.
They left unable to use the benefit we paid so much money for every month.
Very disappoint and very strange way to treat your clients. Why couldn’t they simple enter while they check for the information? What did they gain treating them like this??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This lounge is definitely one of the best in Brazil, and well worth a visit for your next flight. The lounge is brand new and is very large with a very nice layout including amazing views of the airplanes landing and taking off - something the other lounges at this airport don't offer. The entire space is divided in a restaurant section, a cocktail lounge area, a kids room and a resting area not to forget the shower and bathroom facilities which are all included in the entrance fee. The restaurant serves a great menu whit meats, salads, pasta etc which is served by waiters to your table. All the staff are incredibly friendly, well trained and service minded, making sure you have a great visit. Finally we have a premium class lounge at the airport in Sao Paulo worth a visit! The lounge is located at Terminal 2, airside - right after the security check. Great job and see you next time.
