★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O conceito do serviço é interessante e você é facilmente atraído, pois o pré-venda é bem estruturado e a equipe é bem atenciosa. Entretanto, para quem está fora de São Paulo (Curitiba, no meu caso), o serviço deixa a desejar. Problemas desde a abertura até o mês a mês, por exemplo, com o serviço de correspondências... É preciso ficar indo atrás deles... Cobrando... Perguntando... E isto quando há resposta... Se você considera utilizar o serviço em outros lugares, que não seja São Paulo, provavelmente terá dores de cabeça. Por exemplo: não há ninguém para receber suas correspondências. Eles provavelmente mandam alguém uma vez por mês no endereço deles para verificar, ou seja, é muito, muito pouco efetivo. Em relação à abertura: atenção, pois tive que pagar uma vistoria no imóvel deles do meu próprio bolso, pois a documentação que estava sendo fornecida era incompleta (e nem cogitaram me oferecer um reembolso...). Isto para não dizer que o serviço se limitava à simples obtenção do CNPJ e, após isto, você está quase que por conta.

However, for those who are outside of São Paulo (Curitiba, in my case), the service leaves something to be desired. If you consider using it the service in other places, other than São Paulo, will probably have headaches. For example: there is no one to receive your correspondence. They probably send someone once a month to their address to check, meaning it is very, very ineffective. In relation to the opening: attention, because I had to pay an inspection on their property from my own pocket, because the documentation that was being provided was incomplete (and they did not even consider offering me a refund ...). This is not to say that the service was limited to simply obtaining the CNPJ and, after that, you are almost on account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em BH, o serviço prestado funciona de maneira precária. A confiabilidade, principalmente no tocante à gestão de correspondências, é baixa. Isso se traduz em prejuízo de tempo, e toda agilidade/comodidade proposta pelo serviço fica neutralizada.
In Belo Horizonte, the service provided works in a precarious way. Reliability, especially with regard to correspondence management, is low. This translates into a loss of time, and all agility/convenience proposed by the service is neutralized.
