★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gosto ,não tem pediatra em pronto atendimento só com consulta marcada,e já cheguei ir com consulta marcada ficar esperando e depois de meia hora ser notificada que o médico não vem e já cheguei lá com dor não tinha enfermeira (o).pra aplicar uma injeção...enfim se eu for falar desse convênio aqui monto um livro de reclamações...só ressaltando q os funcionários não tem culpa até pq sempre fui muito bem tratada,e quando possível bem atendida por eles, é mas a administração do convênio mesmo que é um lixo.
I don't like it, there's no pediatrician in the emergency room only with an appointment, and I've already arrived to go with an appointment to wait and after half an hour I'm notified that the doctor doesn't come and I arrived there in pain, there was no nurse (o). an injection... anyway, if I'm going to talk about this agreement here, I'll put together a book of complaints... just pointing out that the employees are not to blame because I've always been treated very well, and when possible well attended by them, it's but the administration of the agreement even though it is garbage.
