Nossa empresa tem sul américa saúde, e todos reclamam do mau atendimento, na demora das filas, na burocracia excessiva, até mesma da falta de estrutura, do tipo, a pessoa em observação na sala para tomar soro, e não tinha um cobertor num dia muito frio...Essas coisas desabonam a instituição. Sem contar a má vontade das pessoas que atendem.
 Bad hospital. Our company has health in South America, and everyone complains about poor service, long queues, excessive bureaucracy, even lack of structure, like the person being watched in the room for a serum, and didn't have a blanket in one day. very cold ... These things do not fit the institution. Not to mention the unwillingness of the people who attend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LAMENTÁVEL O QUE VEM OCORRENDO NO HOSPITAL RIBEIRÃO PIRES, sem que a direção do referido nosôcomio tenha conhecimento. Na data de hoje, por volta das 8,09 horas, minha esposa, que é conveniada do plano de saude UNIHOSP, foi muito mal atendida pelo médico RENE MARTIN. Tratou-a com extrema grosseira e ainda questionou, pondo em dúvida procedimentos de outros seus colegas médicos. Com fortes dores a paciente chegou a implorar que fosse requisitada uma tomografia, cujo pédido já tinha sido feito por outro médico, mas RENE MARTIN, negou-se a emitir o documento inviabilizando o exame, decidindo por sí prescrever uma medicação, através de injeções. Gostaria de estar acompanhando de perto o atendimento desse "médico" para ver até onde ele vai com seu tratamento desumano e grosseiro.

As of today, around 8.09 am, my wife, who is a member of the UNIHOSP health plan, was very poorly treated by doctor RENE MARTIN. He treated her with extreme rudeness and even questioned, questioning the procedures of his other medical colleagues. With severe pain the patient even begged for a CT scan, the request of which had already been done by another doctor, but RENE MARTIN, refused to issue the document making the examination unfeasible, deciding to prescribe a medication through injections. I would like to be following closely the care of this "doctor" to see how far he goes with his inhuman and rude treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive minha filha neste Hospital fomos muito bem atendida pelo convênio Unihosp, tudo correu mt bem.
Hj ela tem 6 anos, passo com ela na Pediatria depende do dia tem mts pessoas e dependendo do dia não tem fila nenhuma.
Enfim sempre atendeu as minhas necessidades.
Parece que estão aumentando o Hospital o que realmente é necessário, deveriam investir em novos equipamentos tambem.
I had my daughter in this Hospital, we were very well attended by the Unihosp agreement, everything went very well.
Today she is 6 years old, I go to Pediatrics with her depending on the day there are many people and depending on the day there is no queue at all.
Anyway, it always met my needs.
It seems that they are increasing the Hospital which is really necessary, they should invest in new equipment as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente eu só tenho o pior conceito deste hospital por três vezes fui obrigada a transferir paciente. Minha irmã há 18 anos atrás e meu pai em 2008. Implorei para ninguém utilizar este hospital mas não fui ouvida e novamente constatei que a UTI não está equipada para atender pacientes de alto risco sendo obrigado a fazer exames em outra cidade, novamente minha irmã passou porisso mas graças a Deus conseguiu uma chance de sobreviver em outro hospital. O pior é que os médicos da UTI não apoiam a transferencia deixam tudo a cargo da familia....morreu é somente um número.

I begged anyone to use this hospital but I was not heard and again I noticed that the ICU is not equipped to attend high risk patients being forced to do exams in another city, again my sister passed but thank God he got a chance to survive in another hospital. The worst thing is that the doctors of the ICU do not support the transfer leave everything in charge of the family .... died is just a number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive internada o ano passado em maio ,eu fui muito bem cuidada ,sai da cidade de Suzano , fui acolhida com uma equipe maravilhosa Dr Humberto e equipe, psicóloga todos de parabéns, também agradeço ao prefeito de Ribeirão Pires por não ter fechado a unidade do hospital de campanha
