Me surpreendeu muito dois pontos: me ligarem pra fazer uma entrevista sobre uma vaga que ainda não existia mas podia vir a existir daqui três meses (não tem fundamento criar uma expectativa tão precipitada em um candidato sem nem saber se a vaga vai existir e ainda mais sendo tão distante) e o segundo ponto que deixa tudo mais absurdo foi ficar até hoje - mês de abril SEM RETORNO NENHUM sobre o processo seletivo que fui abordada em DEZEMBRO/2021. Mesmo depois de chamar no whatsapp, pedir retorno mesmo que negativo a empresa simplesmente finge que eu não existo. Fico feliz por não ter sido selecionada, eu não tenho esse perfil. Trato todos os candidatos que entrevisto com muito respeito pois lidar com pessoas é lidar com vidas. Seu cliente é uma pessoa, seu fornecedor é uma pessoa, seu colaborador é uma pessoa e o candidato é uma pessoa. Trate as pessoas da forma como você gostaria de ser tratado, robôs não se fazem sozinhos.
I had the experience of participating in a selection process for this company, in the HR area. Two points surprised me a lot: they called me to do an interview about a vacancy that did not yet exist but could exist in three months (there is no reason to create such a hasty expectation in a candidate without even knowing if the vacancy will exist and even more being so distant) and the second point that makes it all the more absurd was to stay until today - April WITHOUT RETURN ABOUT the selection process that I was approached in DECEMBER / 2021. Even after calling on whatsapp, asking for a return even if negative, the company simply pretends I don't exist. I'm glad I wasn't selected, I don't have that profile. I treat all the candidates I interview with great respect because dealing with people is dealing with lives. Your customer is a person, your supplier is a person, your employee is a person and the candidate is a person. Treat people the way you would like to be treated, robots don't make themselves.
