★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só não dou 0 estrela porque não tem como. Péssimo atendimento (que atendimento, porque basicamente não tem). A internet simplesmente não funciona, não dão nenhum respaldo sobre. Essa empresa nem deveria estar aberta, visto a enganação que é.
The only reason I don't give it 0 stars is because I can't. Bad service (what service, because basically they don't have it). The internet just doesn't work, they don't give any support about it. This company shouldn't even be open, given the deception it is.

Os sócios Paulo e Mauricio da Plyx deveria tomar vergonha na cara e parar de fornecer sucata de modem aos seus clientes!
Not even 10% of the contracted internet is provided, a modem is provided that does not support the network at all, know that if this company is your only option, you will need to buy a Gigabit modem to have a worthy internet.
Plyx partners Paulo and Mauricio should be embarrassed and stop supplying their customers with modem scrap!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei na terça feira para fazer a contratação do plano, falaram que atendiam minha região pegaram meus dados e demoraram 3 dias para ir até meu endereço e falarem que não conseguem instalar.
A péssima avaliação é justo mediante ao “serviço “ prestado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu acho a Plyx muito boa sim. Quando a net cai, eles procuram resolver o problema rapidamente e de vez em quando mandam e-mail informando o que houve. Também não tenho queixas quanto ao atendimento pois você é rapidamente atendido. O único e grande problema é que se sua internet contratada for maior que 100mb, você só vai conseguir a velocidade total se usar via cabo porque pela Wi-Fi não vai passar de 100mb devido aos roteadores xing ling que eles dão. Além do mais, só há uma porta no roteador que vai transmitir mais que 100mb pois as outras ficam até 100mb mesmo. Infelizmente isto também acontece nas outras operadoras de bairro, mas acho que não deveria. Em compensação, os preços da internet são ótimos e ultimamente eles têm trazido alguns beneficios interessantes como serviços de streaming incluídos no pacote. Em comparação as outras internets de bairro, eu acho que a Plyx é a melhor.
I think Plyx is very good yes. When the net goes down, they try to solve the problem quickly and from time to time send an e-mail informing what happened. The only and big problem is that if your contracted internet is greater than 100mb, you will only get the full speed if you use it via cable because over the Wi-Fi it won't exceed 100mb due to the xing ling routers they provide. Furthermore, there is only one port on the router that will transmit more than 100mb as the others are up to 100mb. Unfortunately this also happens in other neighborhood operators, but I don't think it should. On the other hand, internet prices are great and lately they have brought some interesting benefits like streaming services included in the package. Compared to other neighborhood internets, I think Plyx is the best.
