★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Troquei a caixa de direção do meu carro em outubro e levei na 333 só pra alinhar. Fizeram o alinhamento errado e a conclusão é que perdi dois pneus.
Descobri o erro deles só agora em março, levei o carro lá e a unica coisa q fizeram foi fazer o alinhamento de novo, alegando que só temos um mês de garantia.
NÃO SOU OBRIGADA A ADIVINHAR QUE ELES FIZERAM O SERVIÇO ERRADO.
CONFIEI QUE FIZERAM O SERVIÇO CORRETO. Meu carro só anda dentro da cidade, então não tem desculpa, não levo mais nenhum carro meu para eles e NÃO RECOMENDO PRA MAIS NINGUEM.
I changed my car's headset in October and drove on 333 just to line up. They did the wrong alignment and the conclusion is that I lost two tires.
I discovered their mistake only in March, I took the car there and the only thing they did was do the alignment again, claiming that we only have one month warranty.
I AM NOT OBLIGATED TO GUESS THAT THEY DID THE WRONG SERVICE.
I TRUSTED THAT THEY DID THE CORRECT SERVICE. My car only runs inside the city, so there's no excuse, I don't take any more of my cars with them and I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE ELSE.
