Coloquei um pneu novo no meu carro e por uma infelicidade com uma semana uma pedra pegou na lateral do mesmo e o furou, levei para um processo de vulcanização o qual me informaram que ele rodaria normalmente sem qualquer problema no local da realização do serviço, porém o serviço foi muito mal feito o qual foi confirmado com a saída da minha esposa neste final de semana, o pneu murchou totalmente e acabou comendo a borracha lateral e hoje ao levar novamente no Pneus Bahia a atendente levou para o profissional dentro da loja averiguar o que ocorreu e volta me perguntando " Esse serviço de vulcanização não foi feito aqui não, né?", sim minha amiga, foi feito exatamente aqui e por isso eu o trouxe de volta, porém a resposta final foi que eu havia perdido o pneu devido a borracha lateral ser comida por um serviço de péssima qualidade do profissional.
POOR vulcanization service!
I put a new tire on my car and, unfortunately, within a week, a stone caught on the side of it and punctured it, I took it to a vulcanization process, which I was informed that it would run normally without any problem at the place where the service was performed, however the service was very poorly done which was confirmed with my wife's departure this weekend, the tire completely deflated and ended up eating the side rubber and today when taking it back to Pneus Bahia the attendant took it to the professional inside the store to check the which happened and comes back asking me "This vulcanization service wasn't done here, right?", yes my friend, it was done right here and that's why I brought it back, but the final answer was that I had lost the tire due to the side rubber being eaten by a poor quality professional service.
