As funcionárias do balcão de entrega também são atenciosas, educadas e competentes. Em tempo: fiz orçamento de um medicamento em outras duas farmácias. O preço da Poção Mágica é imbatível.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa e eu gostamos muito de trabalhar com a Poção Mágica. O atendimento é excelente, desde o orçamento até a retirada do pedido. Tudo é feito de forma bem profissional. É interessante poder fazer o orçamento pelo whatsapp pois facilita demais para quem compra. Destaque para o preço que é bem acessível, muito mais barato do que em outras farmácias de manipulação. Está bem localizada em Itaquera, no centro do bairro.
My wife and I love working with the Magic Potion. The service is excellent, from the budget to the withdrawal of the order. Everything is done in a very professional way. It is interesting to be able to make the budget through whatsapp because it makes it easier for those who buy. Highlight for the price that is very affordable, much cheaper than in other handling pharmacies. It is well located in Itaquera, in the center of the neighborhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No começo deste ano (2021) mandei manipular um medicamento para mim e para o meu pai. O medicamento foi tão bom que obtive excelentes resultados, superando minhas expectativas. Chegando próximo da data de validade, mandei manipular o mesmo medicamento novamente para continuar o tratamento. Manipulei no mesmo local, com a mesma receita e, provavelmente, com o mesmo farmacêutico. Apesar disso, não obtive resultado algum com a segunda manipulação. Além disso, todo resultado de 4 meses que tinha obtido com a primeira manipulação simplesmente desapareceu após eu ter utilizado a segunda manipulação por 2 meses. Entrei em contato com a unidade de Guaianazes, onde comprei o produto, e o farmacêutico aconselhou passar no meu médico, mas tenho certeza que era o medicamento que não estava fazendo efeito. A farmácia Poção Mágica tem bom atendimento e bons preços nos medicamentos, contudo de nada adianta o medicamento ter um preço razoável se ele não faz efeito algum, como foi no meu caso.
Earlier this year (2021) I had a medicine manipulated for me and my father. The medicine was so good that I got excellent results, surpassing my expectations. Coming close to the expiration date, I ordered the same drug to be manipulated again to continue the treatment. I handled it in the same place, with the same prescription and probably with the same pharmacist. Despite this, I didn't get any results with the second manipulation. In addition, any 4-month result I had obtained with the first manipulation simply disappeared after I had used the second manipulation for 2 months. I got in touch with the Guaianazes unit, where I bought the product, and the pharmacist advised me to see my doctor, but I'm sure it was the drug that wasn't working. The Poção Mágica pharmacy has good service and good prices on medicines, however it is useless for the medicine to have a reasonable price if it has no effect, as it was in my case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento via watsap deixa totalmente a desejar. Você manda mensagem e nem se quer eles respondem. O cliente fica no vácuo, sem nenhuma resposta. Se não dão conta, porque oferecem esses serviços de watsap? Péssimo atendimento.
The service via whatsapp leaves something to be desired. You send a message and they don't even respond. The customer is left in a vacuum, with no response. If they don't, why do they offer these watsap services? Terrible attendance.
