Cuidado para não contribuímos para o mercado de peças usadas de celular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho um absurdo meu marido não usou o fone nem por 1 mês e já quebrou, foi na loja trocar e cobraram R$ 10,00 a mais para trocar o mesmo fone. Eles não cumprem a lei do consumidor. Só avisando que vamos no Procon, porque isso é um absurdo é uma falta de respeito com o consumidor.
I think it's absurd, my husband didn't use the phone for 1 month and it already broke, he went to the store to change it and they charged R$ 10.00 more to change the same phone. They do not comply with consumer law. Just telling us that we are going to Procon, because this is absurd, is a lack of respect for the consumer.
