★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 2 lanches 1 com 2 hambúrgueres e 1 com 1 hambúrguer os 2 seria de contra filé, a partir do momento que vc se propõe a fazer algo, faça o que está escrito e aquela carne não era contra filé, nunca vi ou abri um contra filé com tantas nervuras aliás, contra não tem nervuras...o lanche em si, grande muito grande mas o cheddar de baixa qualidade, a maionese também bem salgada..
Não sei se foi falta de sorte minha mas, escolhi o contra filé justamente pra não precisar de sorte, é isso..
I bought 2 snacks 1 with 2 hamburgers and 1 with 1 hamburger the 2 would be against filet, from the moment you propose to do something, do what is written and that meat was not against filet, never saw or opened one against fillet with so many ribs by the way, against it has no ribs ... the snack itself, big very big but the low quality cheddar, the mayonnaise also well salted ..
I don't know if it was my bad luck but, I chose the contra filet just to not need luck, that's it ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local é bom , o lanche é ótimo, só faltou eles vender suco ou água, como não tomo refrigerante e só tinha ele como opção, faltou isso .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido as 22:35 informaram que saiu para entrega as 23:11 to esperando até hoje. Péssimo atendimento e descaso com o cliente solicitei ajuda pelo Whatsapp e já estava fechado. Finalizaram o atendimento e nem validaram a entrega ou seja fiquei esperando feito bobo.
Parabéns Point do Vermeio fez mais um cliente de bobo.
I placed the order at 10:35 pm and they said it was out for delivery at 11:11 pm I'm waiting until today. Bad service and neglect with the customer I asked for help by Whatsapp and it was already closed. They finished the service and didn't even validate the delivery, that is, I was waiting like a fool.
Congratulations Point do Vermeio made another silly customer.

Atendimento ruim. 3/10
(Chegamos ao local e a mesa que queríamos estava com pratos e latas. Retirei e coloquei em outra mesa, mas, msm assim, ainda demoraram para recolher-los. A mesa estava suja, tive q pedir para limpar, havia funcionários mexendo no celular e nenhum se deu conta de TD isso.)
Refrigerante tive q beber quente e ainda um de nossos copos veio sujo. O cardápio apresentava uma variedade mas n havia bem menos opções.
Um guardanapo de má qualidade, cortaram em pequenos quadrados, mal dava para limpar os dedos , quanto mais segurar o lanche.)

(We arrived at the place and the table we wanted had plates and cans. I removed them and placed them on another table, but, even so, they still took time to collect them. The table was dirty, I had to ask to clean, there were employees working on my cell phone and none realized TD that.)
Soda I had to drink hot and yet one of our cups came dirty. The menu had a variety but there were far fewer options.
A poor quality napkin, cut into small squares, you could barely wipe your fingers, let alone hold your lunch.)

Eu sempre vou e retiro na loja que vem quentinho .
I love their snacks. But the delivery leaves something to be desired. It takes a long time and comes cold.
I always go and pick it up at the store that comes warm.

O lugar já foi bom. Hoje, respondem de forma ríspida, isso quando respondem.
Atualmente, retiraram as batatas de "cortesia" do lanche. Colocaram toda a culpa nos consumidores por tal ação.
Desta forma, anunciam que um pote pequeno custa 5 reais.
O problema é que fui comprar a batata para viagem e me cobraram 14 reais pelo mesmo pote que informam no Whatsapp. Com esse valor eu compro mais que 1kg de batata para fritar. Sem contar que a batata estava murcha.
Entrei em contato e mesmo assim, sem sucesso, não reconhecem o próprio erro.
Um descaso!
It really is sad when we see something so bad coming from a company.
The place used to be good. Today, they respond harshly, that is when they respond.
Currently, they have removed the "complimentary" potatoes from the snack. They put all the blame on consumers for such an action.
In this way, they announce that a small pot costs 5 reais.
The problem is that I went to buy the potato to go and they charged me 14 reais for the same pot they inform on Whatsapp. With that price I buy more than 1 kg of potato to fry. Not to mention the potato was wilted.
I contacted them and even then, without success, they do not recognize their own error.
A neglect!
