â â â â â Comprei um veĂculo na agĂȘncia com a promessa de que o veĂculo estava perfeito estado e qualquer problema eles dariam assistĂȘncia, ao sair da agĂȘncia foi constatado um problema e informado a eles no mesmo momento. Ao deixar o veĂculo para o reparo ouvi chingamentos com palavras de baixo escalĂŁo, ofensas, e fui recebido com gritos e grosseirias. No momento da venda quando Ă© de interesse deles te passam uma coisa mas na hora do vamos ver sĂŁo irresponsĂĄveis, grosseiros, e mostram o outro lado da face. NĂŁo sabem lidar nem cativar um cliente, nĂŁo respeitam as pessoas.

â â â â â Nunca mais compro veĂculo nessa "empresa", comprei um pĂĄlio que sĂł me trouxe dor de cabeça, a AgĂȘncia se quer faz a revisĂŁo bĂĄsica ( troca de Ăłleo,correia dentada ,alinhamento e balanceamento)antes de te entregar o veĂculo, apĂłs 10 dias com o veĂculo o mesmo apresentou problemas na suspensĂŁo, voltei a AgĂȘncia para relatar o problema achando que iriam resolver, mas o que escutei foi que eu tinha assinado um contrato aonde ele nĂŁo tinha a obrigação de resolver esse tipo de problema, o que ele garantia era apenas motor e caixa, levei o carro para oficina, gastei $1.500 referente a troca de Ăłleo, Correia dentada, a suspensĂŁo dianteira que apresentou problema, troca dos discos de freio que estavam empenhados, alĂ©m das pastilhas de freio, com cinco meses tive que fazer a retifica do cabeçote pois queimou a Junta, foram mais $800.00 , segundo o meu mecĂąnico, a Junta jĂĄ havia sido trocada anteriormente, mas que o "mecĂąnico " NĂŁo fez a retifica do cabeçote corretamente, fazendo com que voltasse a dar problema. Quando estĂĄ olhando o veĂculo, o dono e o vencedor falam que seus carros tem garantia, que sĂŁo revisados, depois que assinam contrato e efetuam o pagamento as coisas mudam. PROCUREM UM AGĂNCIA SERIA, pois esse nĂŁo Ă©.

â â â â â Maltrata clientes quando veiculos ja sai da agĂȘncia com problemas, nem Procon Resolveu ,antes de vender tem uma boa lĂĄbia, tudo Ă© novo tudo revisado, pode pegar e viajar ,Pois paguei Aluguel de casa de praia fechada ,com 8 dias que comprei carro pra viajar fundiu o motor Fizeram meias solas no motor e me devolveu,em 70 dias Motor fundiu pela 3 vez !E comprovo pra quem quiser e nĂŁo me Deu AssistĂȘncia ,veĂculo ta parado De Enfeite na garagem !e agora tbm coloca e convoca funcionĂĄrios E parentes para vir mudar o histĂłrico da pĂĄgina ! Falando q Ă© bom q Ă© Ăłtimo , Se Fosse bons profissionais teriam resolvido meus problemas ! JĂ vai pra 8 meses pagando veĂculo sem poder usufruir Mesmo com vistoria em 3 oficinas diferentes disse no processo que estou agindo de mĂĄ FĂ !isso Ă© um absurdo !
