★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O restaurante é um pouco escuro e antigo, mas não deixe de enganar pela aparência. A casa tem o histórico do melhor contrafilé com fritas do Rio de Janeiro, além de uma farofa maravilhosa, Pastéis muito bem recheados e um cabrito que você provavelmente nunca provou na sua vida. Detalhe, pra quem quer comer um prato ou busca uma larica, a casa fica aberta toda a madrugada.
 The restaurant is a bit dark and dated, but don't be fooled by its appearance. The house has a history of the best steak and fries in Rio de Janeiro, as well as wonderful farofa, very well filled pastries and a kid that you probably have never tasted in your life. Detail, for those who want to eat a dish or seek a munchies, the house is open all night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comida é farta, mas não estava boa, preços altíssimos, o atendimento é péssimo e tudo bem sujo, chamei o garçom para fazer o pedido 3 vezes, me olhou e ignorou, acabei não conseguindo beber nada, pode ser farto, mas não volto mais, sem higiene nenhuma na cozinha para um restaurante nível Cadeg, esperava mais dessa fama toda. (não tem nenhum cuidado contra covid).
The food is plentiful, but it was not good, the prices are very high, the service is terrible and everything is very dirty, I called the waiter to place the order 3 times, looked at me and ignored me, I ended up not being able to drink anything, it may be filling, but I won't be back more, with no hygiene in the kitchen for a Cadeg-level restaurant, I expected more of all this fame. (has no care against covid).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O bife de contra-filé gigante e com preço super acessível sempre foi o destaque do local. Em geral eu compro de noite e sou cliente faz alguns anos. Hoje eu fui de tarde e pela primeira vez ao longo de anos achei que o atendimento deixou a desejar, inclusive com eles me servindo a comida errada, mesmo eu tendo repetido mais de 5 vezes o meu pedido. Normalmente eu daria as 5 estrelas, mas com este atendimento de hoje vão ser só 4. E espero que os garçons prestem atenção quando o cliente diz SEM CEBOLA e não entreguem uma travessa com uma quantidade de cebola quase igual à quantidade de carne. Isso me chateou bastante.
The giant kebab steak with a super affordable price has always been the highlight of the place. I usually shop at night and have been a customer for a few years. Today I went in the afternoon and for the first time over the years I thought the service was lacking, even with them serving me the wrong food, even though I repeated my order more than 5 times. Normally I would give it 5 stars, but with this service today it will only be 4. And I hope the waiters pay attention when the customer says NO ONION and don't deliver a platter with an amount of onion almost equal to the amount of meat. This upset me a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com tradição na se brinca. Restaurante famoso pelo seu “bifão” com farofa de ovos e cerveja estupidamente gelada.
Uma ótima opção é o cabrito que acompanha arroz, farofa e batata cozida. Cada refeição serve 2 pessoas tranquilamente e o preço é super justo.
O atendimento não se pode esperar muita coisa, mas vale a experiência.

With tradition in the game. Restaurant famous for its “bifão” with egg flour and stupidly cold beer.
A great option is the kid that accompanies rice, farofa and boiled potatoes. Each meal serves 2 people peacefully and the price is super fair.
The service cannot be expected much, but it is worth the experience.

I'm suspected of talking because I love this bar! Wonderful stew super well served on Thursdays, cold beer and fair price! It's standard dirty foot pub with the unique subtlety of the waiters!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O restaurante Poleiro do Galeto, onde não vende galeto é um "negócio"...ambiente antigo, mas com uma comida que é deliciosa, um dos mais antigos. Pode pedir sem medo de errar o contra filé com fritas acebolado, farofa de ovos (melhor que eu já comi) e feijão (caprichado no tempero) comem 3 pessoas satisfatoriamente. Os atendentes + antigos não são simpáticos, mas a comida e cerveja gelada fazem vc esquecer qualquer mal humor.
Aceita cartão, ótimo custo x benefício.
The Poleiro do Galeto restaurant, where they don't sell chicken, is a "business"...an old place, but with delicious food, one of the oldest. You can order without fear of missing the sirloin steak with fries with onions, egg farofa (best I've ever eaten) and beans (very good in the seasoning) are enough for 3 people. The old servers are not friendly, but the food and cold beer make you forget about any bad mood.
Accepts cards, great value for money.
