Standard, reasonably fast and well organized. But I think customer service requires a minimum of sympathy beyond education that is unconditional, in this case not lacked, only sympathy can improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This station is located inside the shopping centre. When we arrived here on a Tuesday around midday there was no queue.
We came to the station to apply for a visa extension, in line with the advice on the federal police website. However, at the station we were told the only location dealing with visa extensions is at the international airport (t1, 3rd floor). Don't waste your time coming in here for a tourist visa extension.
