 The service from the staff is good, but the quality of my wife's ultrasound was terrible, I would not recommend it at all, very unfortunate.

Minha mãe ficou mais de duas horas esperando, botar o aparelho para Holter 24 horas e não avisaram a ela que os aparelhos disponíveis tinham acabado.
This clinic is terrible, they have no regard for their clients.
My mother was waiting for more than two hours, putting the device to Holter 24 hours and did not notify her that the available devices were gone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento da recepção muito mal feito não dão satisfação nenhuma ao cliente em relação ao horário de atendimento, uma falta de respeito enorme com o paciente, fiquei 3 hs esperando um atendimento pediátrico onde na marcação eles poderiam ter informado o horário de atendimento da médica, muito ruim o tratamento da recepção e não é a primeira vez que eles deixam esperando, o valor condiz com o atendimento.
Very poorly done reception service, they don't give any satisfaction to the customer in relation to the opening hours, a huge lack of respect for the patient, I spent 3 hours waiting for a pediatric service where in the appointment they could have informed the doctor's opening hours, very bad treatment at reception and it's not the first time they keep waiting, the value matches the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O medico esqueceu de dar o encaminhamento para um exame que minha mãe precisa fazer (que seria realizado na própria clínica), entrei em contato pelo WhatsApp e não consegui resolver (que seria da recepção conseguir o encaminhamento através do meu registro deixado pelo medico).
Deixando minha insatisfação aqui, no mesmo dia obtive um retorno positivo e consegui resolver a situação. ?
The doctor forgot to give the referral for an exam that my mother needs to do (which would be carried out at the clinic), I got in touch by WhatsApp and couldn't solve it (which would be the reception to get the referral through my record left by the doctor).
Leaving my dissatisfaction here, on the same day I got a positive response and managed to resolve the situation. ?

The service is really very good... The professionals are super polite and respectful. Great doctor very attentive. I wish I could score 10 stars and there would still be few. And the price doesn't even compare to the other places I've been.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica e atendimento e preço muito bom, porém no requisito pagamento deixa a desejar. Se o paciente fizer exames dando um valor muito acima devido á muitos exames, infelizmente só quererem dividir de 2x aonde não facilita a vida dos pacientes, e ele acaba optando pelo mais caro, pra que possa fazer vários exames e ainda dividir.
Clinic and service and very good price, but the payment requirement leaves something to be desired. If the patient undergoes exams giving a much higher value due to many exams, unfortunately they only want to split 2x where it does not make life easier for patients, and he ends up opting for the most expensive one, so that he can do several exams and still divide.
