★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nesta clínica tem uma pediatra chamada Dr. Nadjane. Excelente e atenciosa. Pra ela nota mil. Já a clínica de modo geral vale a nota que dei.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência ruim. Marquei atendimento com psiquiatra por ordem de chegada a partir das duas o médico chegou as 15:20. Seria a 5 uma prioridade passou e um privilegiado, sem agendamento passou na frente de todos causando revolta. Desiste de ser atendida. Pq percebi que não houve etica. Uma das atendentes que se dizia responsável omitiu o fato e querendo passar pano. Precisam rever o atendimento que prestam nesta unidade.
Bad experience. I made an appointment with a psychiatrist in order of arrival, from two o'clock onwards, the doctor arrived at 15:20. It would be 5 a priority passed and a privileged one, without scheduling passed in front of everyone causing revolt. Give up on being answered. Because I realized that there was no ethics. One of the attendants who claimed to be responsible omitted the fact and wanted to clean it. They need to review the service they provide in this unit.

O primeiro andar o atendimento é horrível, as funcionárias conversando alto e nem explica as coisas direito pro cliente. só dá bom dia se você da.
Fui atendida por uma dermatologista, ótimo atendimento, mas as receitas que ela passou não valeu de nada. Gastei caro pra nada. E caso eu queira fazer outra consulta tem que pagar mais 125 de novo
Ao invés de passar uma fórmula,passou uma pomada que não resolveu de nada.

The first floor, the service is horrible, the employees talking loudly and not explaining things properly to the customer. it's only good morning if you do.
I was seen by a dermatologist, great service, but the prescriptions she gave me were of no avail. I spent dearly for nothing. And if I want to do another appointment, I have to pay 125 more again.
Instead of using a formula, she used an ointment that didn't solve anything.

É PAGO O OLHO DA CARA NA CONSULTA, PRA AINDA FICAR AQUI ESPERANDO E NINGUÉM RESOLVE NADA. FUNCIONÁRIOS BRINCANDO ENQUANTO ESTÁ CHEIO. ABSURDO. E A CONSULTA É PARA PSIQUIATRA VIU?! UM SERVIÇO QUE DEVERIA TER DEVIDA IMPORTÂNCIA.
HORRIBLE IS THE DEFINITION! I SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT TO MY STEPMOTHER FOR 2PM. THE DOCTOR ARRIVED AT 3:00 PM AND STOP IT. THE EYE OF THE FACE IS PAID IN THE CONSULTATION, TO STILL STAY HERE WAITING AND NO ONE SOLVES ANYTHING. EMPLOYEES PLAYING WHILE IT'S FULL. ABSURD. AND THE CONSULTATION IS FOR Psychiatrist SEE?! A SERVICE THAT SHOULD HAVE DUE IMPORTANCE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima gestão e péssimo atendimento. Horas de espera para ser atendido, dizem para a gente que é por ordem de chegada e no fim colocam um monte de gente na sua frente, sendo que esses chegaram depois de você. Uma bagunça total! Primeira e última vez que faço algo na Policlinica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os médicos sao bons mas está cada vez mais difícil contato com essa clinica. Eu mesmo fiz meus exames laboratoriais em outro local apos passar a manha inteira esperando orçamento pelo zap e quando liguei para o fixo me mandaram continuar esperando ou ir pessoalmente na clinica.Hoje tento marcar um retorno há mais de 4 horas.O zap nao funciona,após informarmos os dados do paciente ninguém mais te atende.É um descaso.
The doctors are good but it is increasingly difficult to contact this clinic. I myself did my laboratory tests in another place after spending the whole morning waiting for a quote for the zap and when I called the landline they told me to continue waiting or to go in person to the clinic. after informing the patient's data, no one answers you anymore. It's a negligence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa foi a pior clínica que já fui na minha vida, pessoal NÃO GASTE SEU DINHEIRO NESSE LUGAR! minha esposa precisou voltar 5 vezes para conseguir ser atendida todo dia era uma coisa, "sistema caiu, faltou energia, médicos não querem atender ou não estão presentes! A falta de respeito total! Pior que o SUS parece que vc está pagando pra ser humilhado não volto nunca mais!
This was the worst clinic I've ever been to in my life, guys DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY IN THIS PLACE! my wife had to come back 5 times to be seen every day, it was one thing, "the system went down, there was no power, doctors do not want to attend or are not present! The total lack of respect! Worse than the SUS, it seems that you are paying to be humiliated I will never come back!
