★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nossa, uma demora para ser atendida, pedem para chegar com 20 minutos de antecedência e nos atendem 30 minutos depois, lamentável o desrespeito com o horário, detalhe só tinha nos para ser atendida, não tinha ninguém na frente e nem dentro da sala do médico ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha neta passa com a pediatra, gostei muito do atendimento dela, passou com o oftalmo tbm gostei do atendimento,só que nondia de hoje 27/5 tive uma experiência péssima, minha neta nem chegou a ser atendida pois o médico fez um encaixe de um paciente que ficou quase uma hora na sala com conversas aleatórias, esquecendo que tinham.pacientes a espera de atendimento, fui embora sem ser atendida, pois tinha que ir trabalhar, falta de organização e comprometimento
My granddaughter goes to the pediatrician, I really liked her care, she went to the ophthalmologist I also liked the care, but on today 5/27 I had a bad experience, my granddaughter was not even seen because the doctor fitted a patient who spent almost an hour in the room with random conversations, forgetting that they had.patients waiting for care, I left without being seen, because I had to go to work, lack of organization and commitment

Médicos com atendimento medíocre, não avaliam, consultas rápidas.
Mais de uma hora aguardando, mesmo com horário marcado, para ter uma consulta de 10 minutos.
Não recomendo.
Extremely disorganized, even with appointments, doctors are on a first-come, first-served basis and nobody explains it.
Doctors with mediocre care, do not evaluate, quick consultations.
More than an hour waiting, even with an appointment, to have a 10-minute appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje foi um atendimento péssimo do Cardiologista Dr. Daniel, praticamente me expulsou da sala porque não queria nenhum encaixe, começou a falar mal de todas as atendentes na minha frente e não deu consulta nenhuma, falando que eu deveria procurar outra especialidades, sendo que foi ele que solicitou os exames. Ainda disse que não ganha nada com encaixes....extremamente mal educado, um profissional sem o menor comprometimento....
Today was a bad service from Cardiologist Dr. Daniel, practically kicked me out of the room because he didn't want any fittings, started to speak ill of all the attendants in front of me and didn't give any consultation, saying that I should look for other specialties, and he was the one who requested the exams. He also said that he doesn't gain anything with fittings....extremely rude, a professional without the slightest commitment....

Marquei pediatra para meu bebê as 8h, a Dra. Regina não apareceu e nem deu nenhuma satisfação, sai de casa em um frio de 5 graus com um bebê de 1 mês para não ter atendimento! Total falta de respeito!
Terrible!
I made an appointment with my baby's pediatrician at 8 am, Dr. Regina didn't show up and didn't even give any satisfaction, she leaves the house in a 5 degree cold with a 1 month old baby to not have care! Total lack of respect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente clínica multidisciplinar. Conta com uma equipe tanto de atendimento por telefone, na recepção, como nos médicos e dentistas e demais profissionais. Pessoas extremamente atenciosas. Sempre vou e super indico o dr. Hu, dermatologista maravilhoso em tudo. E o dr. Eduardo Haiti, excelente oftalmologista... Profissionais cada vez mais raros nos dias de hoje. A clinica conta com estacionamento, acessibilidade, elevador, lanchonete e banheiro.
Excellent multidisciplinary clinic. It has a team of telephone service, at the reception, as well as doctors and dentists and other professionals. Extremely caring people. I always go and I highly recommend Dr. Hu, wonderful dermatologist at all. And Dr. Eduardo Haiti, excellent ophthalmologist... Professionals increasingly rare these days. The clinic has parking, accessibility, elevator, cafeteria and bathroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só perdi tempo e dinheiro indo até lá. Com certeza, a pior consulta que eu já vi na vida. A endocrinologista não ouviu nada do que eu falei e já foi me cortando dizendo p/ eu diminuir refrigerante (coisa que eu não consumo há 8 anos) e outras coisas que demonstrava que ela não tinha ouvido nada do que eu tentei falar... Saí de lá chocada, nunca me senti tão humilhada e desrespeitada.
Agendei uma profissional, em outro lugar, que logo identificou o meu problema, que foi resolvido rapidamente.
Além de tudo, tive que ficar esperando muito além do horário, ela não respeitou os protocolos de segurança exigidos na época e tirou a máscara p/ tossir... Enfim, foi tudo um horror!
I just wasted time and money going there. Absolutely the worst appointment I've ever seen in my life. The endocrinologist didn't listen to anything I said and started to cut me off, telling me to cut down on soda (which I haven't consumed in 8 years) and other things that showed that she hadn't heard anything I tried to say... I left from there shocked, I have never felt so humiliated and disrespected.
I scheduled a professional, elsewhere, who soon identified my problem, which was quickly resolved.
On top of that, I had to wait long after hours, she didn't respect the safety protocols required at the time and took off her mask to cough... Anyway, it was all a horror!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com essa clinica é péssima,o atendimento com a cardiologista foi péssima, mal olhou na minha cara, com a endocrino foi a mesma coisa, com ortopedista foi a mesma coisa que nada, relatei dores e nem exame solicitou. A demora do atendimento nem se fala, a maioria das vezes teve atraso mais de meia hora. mas hoje pra mim foi o estopim, marquei consulta as 15:30 com urologista, cheguei mais cedo, quando era 16:00 hora não tinha sido chamada ainda, então fui perguntar para a recepcionista Jessica o porque da demora e porque uma pessoa que chegou depois que eu tinha sido chamado antes no consultório, na qual me respondeu rispidamente que o medico não chamava por ordem de chegada e sim por horário agendado, quando fui indagar que já tinha passado meu horário ela me cortou com muita arrogância afirmando que eu tinha cortado a fala dela. ela me respondeu que o paciente que chegou depois de mim,(que já era mais de 15:30 ) estava sendo atendido as 16hs, mas que seu horário era as 15, ou seja ele chegou meia hora atrasado e ainda passam ele na minha frente, e me informou que eu tinha que esperar que ia ser atendida na sequencia. beleza aguardei, mas o fim do meu limite foi quando fui chamada pelo medico,, mal entrei na sala e o medico veio no meu ponto de vista tirar satisfação de eu ter falado para a recepcionista que tinham passado paciente na minha frente, ou seja ela já tinha passado informação para ele por msg, me senti totalmente constrangida e atacada por ele, tivemos uma leve discussão pois falei pra ele que eles deveriam aprender atender melhor as pessoas, achei o cumulo a forma na qual ele falou comigo, é uma pena pois ele parecia ser um ótimo profissional, tecnicamente falando. minha unica experiencia boa que tive nessa clinica foi com o oftalmologista e otorrino, médicos totalmente simpáticos e super profissionais, deveria dar aulas para os colegas.definitivamente desisti dessa clinica, atendimento péssimo.

I definitely gave up on this clinic, terrible service.
