E fazem isso com seriedade e respeito para com o paciente.Eu os indico, pois além de um bom atendimento, você terá um tratamento humano e não apenas um numeral.
 I have been a patient at the clinic since the end of 2019, treating depression, asthma, rhinitis and spinal injuries. They are professionals who love the art of caring for the health of others. And they do this with seriousness and respect for the patient. I recommend them, because in addition to good care, you will receive humane treatment and not just a numeral.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha uma teleconsulta marcada às 12h45 e estou esperando pra ser atendida até agora, liguei lá e me disseram que ia atrasar por conta da agenda do atendimento presencial. Sugeri que eles avisassem por whatsapp as pessoas que que tinham marcado as consultas e o atendente foi extremamente grosso dizendo que eles não farão isso porque é muita gente. Se é muita gente fica a minha sugestão: diminua o número de paciente por dia e começa a tratar os pacientes com respeito que eles merecem. Ninguém tira o dia de folga só pra ir a uma consulta, é obrigação da clínica dar uma satisfação seja pelo atraso ou cancelamento.
I had a teleconsultation scheduled at 12:45 pm and I'm waiting to be answered until now, I called there and they told me I was going to be late because of the face-to-face schedule. I suggested that they let people know through whatsapp that they had scheduled the appointments and the attendant was extremely rude saying that they will not do this because there are too many people. If there are a lot of people, my suggestion is: reduce the number of patients per day and start treating patients with the respect they deserve. Nobody takes the day off just to go to an appointment, it is the clinic's obligation to give a satisfaction whether due to the delay or cancellation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinica não possuia alergista e no site consta como uma das especialidades. Atendente Priscila parece que ta fazendo favor de falar com voce no telefone... espero que pelo menos tirem do site já que a clinica nao tem profissional da area.
Clinic did not have an allergist and on the website it is listed as one of the specialties. Attendant Priscila seems to be doing you a favor to talk to you on the phone... I hope they at least remove it from the site since the clinic doesn't have a professional in the area.

Mesmo assim cheguei após o meu horário e fui entendido,por sinal a médica muito atenciosa e perguntou tudo, respondi tudo. Já fiz todos exames e estarei retornando no próximo mês em Abril. Local super limpo, segurança muito boa.local próximo ao ponto do ônibus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta é de longe a pior clínica que eu já estive na minha vida! o serviço na recepção não poderia ter sido pior e a senhora se recusou a me ajudar! ela disse que o centro não tinha uma clínica médica quando obviamente dizia que tinha uma no site. além de não me ajudar, a senhora da recepção foi extremamente rude e mal-educada. Eu não recomendo este centro médico, evite-o a todo custo.
This is by far the worst clinic I have ever been to in my life! the service at reception could not have been worse and the lady refused to help me! she said the center didn't have a medical clinic when it obviously said it had one on the website. besides not helping me, the lady at the reception was extremely rude and impolite. I do not recommend this medical center, avoid it at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu filho foi muito bem atendido pela pediatra Dra. Priscila. O espaço na ala de esper é pequeno, mas as salas de atendimento são amplas e organizadas. Endosso que a Dra Priscila é excelente profissional.
My son was very well taken care of by the pediatrician Dr. Priscilla. Space in the esper wing is small, but the service rooms are large and uncluttered. I endorse that Dr Priscila is an excellent professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento nessa clínica é, de longe, um dos piores - se não o pior - que já tive na vida. Pela quarta vez, tive minha teleconsulta cancelada, sem aviso prévio, por "ausência do médico". Ao entrar em contato para saber o que aconteceu, fui tratada, mais uma vez, com extremo descaso. Um atendimento que não passa nem perto de ser humanizado e resolutivo como diz ser. Triste.
The care at this clinic is by far one of the worst - if not the worst - I've ever had in my life. For the fourth time, I had my teleconsultation canceled, without prior notice, due to "absence of the doctor". When I got in touch to find out what happened, I was treated, once again, with extreme disregard. A service that is not even close to being humanized and resolute as it claims to be. Sad.
