 Communication failure: They do not inform the website about the recess. The person tries to call... no one answers... even at the call center they were unable to inform if they were on recess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É triste ver como uma faculdade desse tamanho que se gaba tanto em falar que é a melhor faculdade particular do Brasil e não faz o mínino de esforço de melhorar o atendimento no telefone. Vc fica quase uma hora ouvindo uma gravação e ninguém atende esse telefone. Se vc precisa ligar duas ou três vezes vc desisti. Hj estou a meia hora na gravação e nada. Estou há 2 anos tentando resolver um problema, mas vc deixa o telefone pra retornar, eles não retornam, aí vc desisti, pq vc liga e fica essa lezeira.
It's sad to see how a college of this size that boasts so much about being the best private college in Brazil and doesn't make the slightest effort to improve service on the phone. You spend almost an hour listening to a recording and no one answers that phone. If you need to call two or three times you've given up. Today I'm half an hour into the recording and nothing. I've been trying to solve a problem for 2 years, but you leave the phone to return, they don't return, then you gave up, because you call and this lezeira is.
