A lack of respect for patients. Besides the phone service being horrible, every time I go to the cardiologist I wait more than 1 hour because the doctor is always late! It's no use arriving early, a lack of respect for the patient!

Fora que a minha consulta estava marcado para 7:45 e sĂł fui atendido as 8:25
Great clinic, I had to pay for a new appointment instead of using the return because the doctor went on vacation. They informed that the return period is up to one month.
Apart from that my appointment was scheduled for 7:45 and I was only seen at 8:25
