★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Má orientação por parte das atendentes e dos médicos. Deixei uma consulta paga e por duas vezes a médica faltou, tive que esperar mais de um mês para conseguir um encaixe.
Poor guidance from attendants and doctors. I left a paid appointment and twice the doctor was absent, I had to wait more than a month to get a fit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem preços populares mas pela o atendimento é pacimo depois q vc paga eles te tratam de qualquer jeito não tem prioridade não tem respeitos pelos clientes, desde segunda liguei p saber se um exame estava pronto a moça me garantiu q estava, tirei folga hoje p trazer minha tua do interior p vir o retorno ja fazia as duas coisas passava la pegava o exame e passava no medico mas ao chegar não tinham se quer imprimindo eu esperei com paciencia 1h aproximadamente e so saiu pq eu disse q tinha uma consulta acabou q eu perdi o horario e fui reclamar q ELAS DISSERAM Q ESTAVA PRONTO E NÃO ESRAVA E POR ISSO EU PEDI MEU TEMPO ME CAUSOU UM TRANSRORNO E ME TRATARAM MAU ME MANDARAM RECLAMAR COM QUEM FEZ O EXAME. MAS QUEM ME ATENDEU FOI A RECEPÇÃO.

essa não e a primeira vez q fazem e não foi so essa situação isso por isso retrato aqui minha indignação com a falta de respeito com aqueles q tem compromissos com as coisas pq la eles não sabem o q é isso vão la vejam e q estou falando aqui o peço é bom mas nem sempre vale a pena eu não volto la e não indico.
It has popular prices but for the service it is easy after you pay they treat you anyway it has no priority has no respect for customers, since Monday I called to know if an exam was ready the girl assured me that I was, I took time off today to bring my you from the country to come back I already did both I passed it I took the exam and passed the doctor but when they arrived they didn't want to print it I waited patiently 1 hour approximately and it just left 'cause I said I had an appointment ended up I missed it the time and I went to complain q THEY SAID Q I WAS READY AND DIDN'T SLAVE AND THAT'S WHY I ASKED FOR MY TIME CAUSED ME A SHIFT AND TREATED ME BAD I TOLD ME TO CLAIM WITH WHO HAS TAKEN THE EXAM. BUT THE ONE WHO ANSWERED ME WAS THE RECEPTION.
THEY DIDN'T ASK FOR EXCUSE FOR THE DELAY AND THEY MADE ME LOSE TIME AND STILL BEEN THICK WHEN I SAID Q THEY WERE TALKING TO THE CUSTOMERS Q WSRA READY WHEN THEY REALLY WASTE.
this is not the first time that they do it and it was not just this situation that is why I portray my indignation at the lack of respect with those who have commitments with things, because they don't know what this is, they are going to see and I am talking about here I ask is good but it’s not always worth it I don’t go back there and I don’t recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui no clínico Dr Ednaldo Santana e até gostei, pelo menos foi atencioso, mas o retorno eles querem marcar com 1 mês depois.
Fomos no endócrino Dr Ociran de Magalhães Jr, ele atendeu eu e meu marido em cinco minutos, aborrecido e não queria ouvir nada, não olhou nem no nosso rosto, super apressado. Esse nós nem vamos voltar mesmo, pois de nada adiantou.
I went to the clinic Dr Ednaldo Santana and I even liked it, at least it was thoughtful, but they want to schedule a return visit 1 month later.
We went to the endocrine Dr Ociran de Magalhães Jr, he attended me and my husband in five minutes, annoyed and didn't want to hear anything, he didn't even look at our faces, super rushed. This one we're not even going back, because it didn't work.
