★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de ser atendida pela endocrinologias Major Daniela Fernandes. Péssimo atendimento. Atrasou o atendimento mesmo não tendo paciente anterior (foi informado pela própria pessoa da recepção), pois a paciente anterior não foi. A médica já vem chamar mexendo no telefone. Chegamos a sala e digo que fui ao endócrino pela indicação da gastro, a Major Daniela diz que não é nutricionista para passar dieta e quem cuida de estômago é gastro. Disse que só poderia resolver algo se fosse libido ou queda de cabelo. Entra uma moça na sala com café para a médica e mesma não sai da sala. A médica deixa a pessoa na sala e fica fazendo gestos para ela durante a consulta. Consulta de 6 minutos que a mesma só soube dizer “não é comigo”. Procurei a ouvidoria, mas já haviam ido embora (não sabia que o expediente terminava as 16:23). Só perdi meu tempo. Irei em todas as ouvidorias que eu puder para relatar o atendimento de hoje.

We arrived at the room and I say that I went to the endocrine for the gastro indication, Major Daniela says she is not a nutritionist to go on a diet and who takes care of the stomach is gastro. He said he could only solve something if it was libido or hair loss. A girl enters the room with coffee for the doctor and she doesn't leave the room. The doctor leaves the person in the room and makes gestures for them during the consultation. 6-minute consultation that she only knew how to say “it's not me”. I looked for the ombudsman, but they had already left (I didn't know the office ended at 16:23). I just wasted my time. I will go to all the ombudsmen I can to report today's service.

I am always attended by Major endocrinologist Daniela Fernandes, a love person!! she is more than a doctor, she is a friend too! assists in a super humanized way, always concerned about the patient!!!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de receber uma notificação do Google sobre a minha avaliação aqui na Policlinica e vim ver minha avaliação meses depois. Reparem que as pessoas passaram a avaliar bem a Major Dra. Daniela Fernandes somente após eu relatar a verdade sobre o atendimento dela. Até então não comentavam. Até o CRM colocaram, tão “natural” os comentários. Chega a ser cômico! É rir pra não chorar. Continuo com a mesma opinião: PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO! Ainda mais após eu ir no gastro Coronel Geraldo Jorge e o mesmo dizer “se a ela (Dra. Daniela) quisesse, ela teria tratado seu fígado”. Justamente uma das coisas que relatei para ela e ela disse “não é comigo”.

Note that people started to evaluate Major Dr. Daniela Fernandes well only after I told the truth about her care. Until then they didn't comment. Even the CRM put it, so “natural” the comments. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou moradora de Niterói e nunca consigo marcar...sempre dá ocupado ou fica na musiquinha até cair a ligação. As coisas estão voltando ao "normal" só o atendimento em Niterói q continua péssimo.
I'm a resident of Niterói and I can never make an appointment... it's always busy or stays on the music until the call drops. Things are getting back to "normal" only the service in Niterói is still terrible.
