★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência, diante do despreparo e insensibilidade e incapacidade no gerenciamento de situações atípicas pelos responsáveis do posto de vacinação, tendo em vista não possuir prioridade para pessoas recém operadas portadora de câncer e nem pessoas idosas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No mínimo os atendentes tem que ter respeito pelas pessoas. Porque se vão ali, é porque precisam!
As pessoas ficam na fila desde 6h da manhã para marcar médico só as 8h e quando chega na recepção são tratados como bichos. Parece que os atendentes estão fazendo um favor para a população, e no caso não é isso né, estão sendo pagos para estar ali. Não quer trabalhar, fica em casa e de a vaga para quem precisa!
A saúde pública já está precária, aí fica difícil né.
At the very least, the attendants must have respect for people. Because if they go there, it's because they need to!
People are in line from 6 am to make an appointment for a doctor only at 8 am and when they arrive at the reception they are treated like animals. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No merece nem um estrela, pois o atendimento é péssimo, os funcionários são arrogante um posto sem um mínimo de respeito com o cidadão. O telefone não sei pra que tem se não atendem nunca. Não sei nem pra que existe essa policlínica já que não serve pra atender as pessoas que precisam , aí só serve pros funcionários que pensam que são o Deus .
It doesn't even deserve a star, because the service is terrible, the employees are arrogant, a post without a minimum of respect for the citizen. I don't know what the phone is for if they never answer. I don't even know why this polyclinic exists, since it's not meant to serve people who need it, then it's only useful for employees who think they're God.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui encaminhada desde 2019 e somente nesse ano de 2021 consegui atendimento para terapia. Tenho também encaminhamento para psiquiatria, mas a policlínica não nos dá nenhuma resposta. Tive somente 3 atendimentos, pois a profissional entrou de férias e quando retornou foi somente para avisar que estava de saída definitiva. Estou desde junho sem nenhum atendimento. A policlínica informa que não possui ninguém para atender. O atendimento da recepção é péssimo. O telefone da ouvidoria não funciona. Mandei e-mail que inclusive está no site da prefeitura como secretaria municipal de Saúde e adivinhem? O e-mail é inexistente. Viva o sus.
I have been referred since 2019 and only in that year of 2021 I managed to get treatment for therapy. I also have a referral to psychiatry, but the polyclinic doesn't give us any answers. I only had 3 consultations, as the professional went on vacation and when she returned it was only to let her know that she was leaving. I have been without any assistance since June. The polyclinic informs that it has no one to assist. The reception service is terrible. The ombudsman phone does not work. I sent an e-mail that is even on the city's website as the municipal health department and guess what? The email is non-existent. Long live the sus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei neste Posto às 11:45h com minha filha de 2 meses para ser vacinada e no portão já fui informado por um funcionário que ela só poderia ser vacinada às 13h porque a responsável pela vacinação estaria em horário de almoço de 12h às 13h. Quando o questionei porque ainda eram 11:45h, o mesmo falou que tinha 3 crianças na fila, o que não pude comprovar se era verdade ou não. A funcionária tem todo direito de almoçar, só que como o Posto não fecha para almoço, deveria ter alguém para substituir a mesma para esta poder almoçar. Ou então editem o horário do Posto e informem que o Posto fecha para almoço de 12h às 13h.

Comunicado Importante.
Venho por meio desse canal de avaliações , para comunicar o péssimo serviço dos profissionais de saúde e funcionários desse posto médico.
Na data dessa reclamação foi presenciado funcionários do posto RECLAMANDO em atender as pessoas para a vacina contra o covid, AMEAÇANDO-OS de quando der a hora de encerrar a vacina, não vacinar mais ninguém, com tom de ameaça, só por ser um simples funcionário do posto, ameaçando cidadão que aguardavam a vacina.
Idosos que precisavam se vacinar, precisando ficar levantando e sentando, apresentando desconforto de estar do local, com um calor insuportável.
Peço que verifiquem as reclamações ditadas, principalmente, por apresentar favorecimento somente para moradores da comunidade próxima ao posto, esquecendo que todos estão ali por iguais, precisando da vacina.

On the date of this complaint, employees of the post were witnessed CLAIMING to assist people for the covid vaccine, THREATENING them when it's time to finish the vaccine, not to vaccinate anyone else, with a tone of threat, just for being a simple employee from the post, threatening citizens who were awaiting the vaccine.
Elderly people who needed to be vaccinated, needing to stand up and sit down, presenting discomfort in the area, with unbearable heat.
I ask you to check the complaints dictated, mainly, for presenting favors only to residents of the community close to the clinic, forgetting that everyone is there on equal terms, needing the vaccine.
