TERRIBLE SERVICE, I was barely able to schedule my appointment and I hated it right away ... I booked it 1 week ago, left the house and arrived on time to tell me that I was not confirmed. Lack of respect for the patient I DO NOT RECOMMEND

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive problemas pra me comunicar via WhatsApp pra marcar ultrassom 3d/4d mas não desisti e no fim deu tudo certo! O atendimento pessoalmente é incrível, muito respeitosas e profissionais! Pacientes tb... rsrsrr valeu a pena ter persistido nessa clínica. As imagens do meu bebê ficaram lindas!!! Estou até agora babando muito satisfeita... ?
I had problems communicating via WhatsApp to schedule 3d / 4d ultrasound but I didn't give up and in the end everything worked out! The service personally is incredible, very respectful and professional! Patients too ... rsrsrr it was worth having persisted in this clinic. The images of my baby were beautiful !!! I am drooling very satisfied so far ... ?

Em 3/08/2020 entrei em contato na Policlínica Tatuapé para realizar uma mamografia, fui informada que deveria chegar 15 minutos antes do horário agendado que foi as 16 horas, cheguei as 15:15 h.
Saí de lá as 17:21 SEM ATENDIMENTO!!!! A sala ficou vazia eu continuei lá e nada de me chamarem, chegou mais 2 senhoras a atendente fez a ficha e levou e prontamente elas foram atendidas. Perguntei do horário pois já era 16:40 a atendente me disse que a médica estava atrasada e que não tinha como saber que horas me chamaria pois a ficha estava lá dentro.
A médica veio entregou todas as fichas que ela atendeu eu continuei aguardando, quando eu questionei novamente e disse que não iria mais esperar a atendente me perguntou qual seria a forma de pagamento eu respondi DINHEIRO, então ela me perguntou se eu gostaria de marcar para outro dia eu respondi que não e me retirei.
Não preciso dizer depois deste relato o quanto me senti humilhada e desmerecida!!! POR QUÊ???

On 8/3/2020 I contacted Policlínica Tatuapé to have a mammogram, I was informed that I should arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time, which was 4 pm, I arrived at 3:15 pm.
I left there at 17:21 WITHOUT SERVICE !!!! The room was empty, I stayed there and no one called me, 2 more ladies arrived, the attendant made the form and took it and promptly they were answered. I asked about the time because it was already 4:40 pm the attendant told me that the doctor was late and that she had no way of knowing what time she would call me because the card was inside.
The doctor came and handed over all the files she answered I kept waiting, when I asked again and said she would not wait any longer, the attendant asked me what the payment method would be, I answered MONEY, so she asked me if I would like to book for another one day I said no and left.
I don't need to say after this report how much I felt humiliated and unworthy !!! BECAUSE???
PREJUDICE SERVICE !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um exame de imagens e estavam sem impressora para imprimir, ou seja, sai de lá sem as imagens prontas.
Me enviaram por e-mail e tive que gastar dinheiro e tempo para imprimir em outro lugar, achei um absurdo.
Lugar simples, médica simpática porém um pouco impaciente, não me recordo do nome porque não se apresentou.
Localização boa, fácil de achar pois é próximo ao shopping Tatuapé.
Enfim, não gostei.
I took an image exam and they didn't have a printer to print, that is, I left there without the images ready.
They sent me by email and I had to spend money and time to print somewhere else, I thought it was absurd.
Simple place, friendly doctor but a little impatient, I don't remember the name because she didn't introduce herself.
Good location, easy to find because it is close to the Tatuapé mall.
Anyway, I didn't like it.
