★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Equipe da recepção péssima te tratam como se estivesse fazendo por fazer as coisas te dão informações errada fiquei uma hora esperando o técnico de radiografia que a mulher falou para eu aguarda devido a demora fui me informar novamente com outra que nem se quer me olhou e disse que o técnico não vem de quarta feira sendo que me mandaram ir cheguei ninguém falou nada estou gestante de 7 meses e fiquei aguardando para o meu filho fazer o exame e nada nenhuma consideração de nenhum funcionário todos mal informados e informações divergente
Lousy reception staff treat you as if you were doing things doing give you wrong information I spent an hour waiting for the radiography technician that the woman told me to wait for due to the delay I went to inform myself again with another who didn't even look at me and said the technician doesn’t come from wednesday and they told me to go i got nobody said anything i am 7 months pregnant and i was waiting for my son to take the exam and nothing any consideration from any employee all misinformed and divergent information

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A impressão que nos passam na recepção é que não querem atender e fazem de tudo pra vc virar as costas e ir embora, falta uma melhor orientação e atenção , vc realmente se sente pedindo favor.
Péssimo atendimento na recepção.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hoje no posto para vacinar minha filha de 4 anos, cheguei às 16:55h e me disseram que já tinham fechado e não quiseram nos atender, eu pedi por favor para nos atender, mas todos estavam com muita pressa, e foram fechando tudo e todos saíram rapidamente e não ficou ninguém, trancaram tudo. E tive que sair tbm. Achei muita falta de respeito, vim de longe, tbm estava trabalhando.
I went to the post today to vaccinate my 4 year old daughter, I arrived at 4:55 pm and they told me that they had already closed and would not attend us, I asked please to attend us, but everyone was in a hurry, and they were closing everything and everyone left quickly and no one was left, locked everything. And I had to leave too. I found a lot of disrespect, I came from afar, I was also working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento das recepcionistas é bom, o posto ficou mais bem estruturado após a reforma. Porém, alguns pontos cruciais precisam melhorar.
Primeiro: Aumentar a quantidade de clínicos para atendimento. Fiquei aguardando das 10h às 12h50 para ser atendido. Demora muito acentuada.
Segundo: Demora para atendimento na farmácia. Agora terceirizada, a farmácia está com filas absurdas na procura por medicamentos, e ainda mais demorada por conta da necessidade de se realizar um pré cadastro.
Terceiro: A falta de sensibilidade e empatia do médico, em especial o Dr. Roberto. Precisando de 15 dias de repouso, segundo o próprio, para tratar de uma infecção, me deu 2 dias de atestado, mesmo informando que trabalho na rua, andando, no sol.
Quarto: Falta um mínimo de conforto para os pacientes. O bebedouro não suporta o uso e a água sai quente. Não existe um ventilador ou ar condicionado. O ambiente é quente e ainda mais nessa época do ano (janeiro).
Ponto positivo para a localização, com fácil acesso
Service provided by receptionists is good, the post was better structured after the renovation. However, some crucial points need improvement.
First: Increase the number of clinicians for assistance. I was waiting from 10 am to 12:50 pm to be attended. It takes a long time.
Second: Delay to attend the pharmacy. Now outsourced, the pharmacy is with absurd lines in the search for medication, and even more time consuming due to the need to carry out a pre-registration.
Third: The physician's lack of sensitivity and empathy, especially Dr. Roberto. Needing 15 days of rest, according to him, to treat an infection, he gave me a 2 day certificate, even though he informed me that I work on the street, walking, in the sun.
Fourth: There is a lack of comfort for patients. The drinking fountain does not support the use and the water comes out hot. There is no fan or air conditioning. The atmosphere is warm and even more so this time of year (January).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento na recepção péssima,duas vezes a consulta da minha filha foi cancelada em cima da hora um descaso esse posto,as recepcionista não tem paciência p explicar as coisas,agt depende do SUS é somos tratados assim com nenhum pingo de respeito.
Precisamos pensar mais nos outros,hj somos nós amanhã pode ser vcs.
Service at the reception was terrible, twice my daughter's appointment was canceled at the last minute, this post was neglected, the receptionist has no patience to explain things, it depends on the SUS and we are treated like this with no respect.
