★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O preço é bom, porém o compromisso com o cliente é péssimo...eles marcam uma data para entregar o produto e não cumprem, e qdo o cliente liga pra reclamar o atendimento é totalmente sarcástico...fiquei decepcionada com o atendimento..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ se for avaliar pelo atendimento no telefone péssimo, queria fazer um orçamento a mulher falou que só tinha vaga para daqui 15 dias. acho que se é um empresa com muitos clientes arrumem mais pessoas para orçamento. fora que foi mal educada, uma empresa com grande nome pecando no primeiro contato com o cliente.

Em virtude de um compromisso adiamos a instalação para o dia 04/12, no entanto a mesma não ocorreu. Entramos entao em contato com a mesma Lúcia, que nos informou que a entrega ocorreria no dia 09/12, mas para nossa surpresa novamente não ocorreu e nem sequer entraram em contato para nos informar e dar posicionamento. Ligamos novamente no dia 10/12, e novamente nos prometeram a entrega no "dia 12, ou no máximo dia 13", assim disse a senhorita Lucia. Novamente não vieram e sequer entraram em contato. Novamente entramos em contato e a senhorita Lucia nos diz que NÓS TEMOS que entrar contato com o responsável para resolver a situação, senhor Christian, como se o problema fosse nosso. Apesar disso, tentamos por inúmeras vezes fazer o contato mas o mesmo não atende e
Não retorna. Isso é um imenso descompromisso, descaso e desrespeito com o cliente/consumidor. Estou completamente insatisfeita com o atendimento dessa loja e espero que entrem em contato URGENTE conosco. Se o mesmo não ocorrer até o fim da presente data faremos denúncia no Procon e tomaremos demais medidas cabíveis.
