★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente vou dar 2 estrelas porque ao funcionar o aparelho em casa o controle remoto não estava sincronizando e o vendedor a distância não conseguiu informar o procedimento certo. Tive que voltar ao outlet só para o gerente dizer como fazer o procedimento e gastei tempo e dinheiro a toa sendo que eles poderiam ter me explicado corretamente já que eu estava em São José dos Campos. Produtos caros e funcionais o cliente tem que sair da loja esclarecido já que e uma loja de novidades.
Unfortunately I will give it 2 stars because when working the device at home the remote control was not synchronizing and the distance seller was unable to inform the correct procedure. I had to go back to the outlet just for the manager to tell me how to do the procedure and I spent time and money for nothing since they could have explained it to me correctly since I was in São José dos Campos. Expensive and functional products the customer has to leave the store enlightened as it is a novelty store.
