★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, compramos a passagem pelo App e quando viemos tirar o bilhete a pessoa não estava no guichê, e quando chegou no ônibus o motorista super mal educado falando que precisava do bilhete que não tinha ninguém para emitir e no App falando para ver diretamente com o motorista e o mesmo disse que essa mensagem não importa, mas para quem está comprando pelo App é bem importante pois vc já compra no App e tem essa mensagem e quando chega tem uma abordagem mal educada do motorista, o atendente do guichê estava na área do ônibus e não lá para emitir a passagem.
