Me matriculei na instituição para cursar pós graduação EAD e a instituição não informou sobre a retroatividade das parcelas, simplesmente me enviaram um boleto da primeira mensalidade e disseram que seriam 12 iguais, dias depois comecei a ser cobrada por mais 2 parcelas, período que não estava matriculada. Nos só assinamos o contrato após o pagamento, o atendente não da as informações necessárias . Além disso, como se não bastasse recebi o login e nunca pude ter acesso às aulas, 20 dias para darem um retorno sobre o erro do sistema!!! Atendimento péssimo, são treinados para ignorar as necessidades dos alunos. Absurdo! Procurem qualquer outra instituição, menos a Estácio EAD para não se arrependeram!
Poor service !! We only sign the contract after payment, the attendant does not provide the necessary information. In addition, as if that wasn't enough I received the login and I was never able to access the classes, 20 days to give a feedback on the system error !!! Lousy service, they are trained to ignore students' needs. Absurd! Look for any other institution, except Estácio EAD so you won't regret it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conclui meu curso em Julho de 2020 e até agora não falaram nada sobre a colação de grau. Quando você liga no 0800 falam que é para falar com a unidade, quando entra em contato com a unidade ninguém sabe de nada e ficam enrolando e enrolando.
Quando um aluno faz uma faculdade, ele espera no mínimo se formar e ter o seu diploma, ou no mínimo o certificado de conclusão de curso.
