★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou extremamente decepcionada com a escola porque infelizmente ela não se adaptou bem a essa fase de Pandemia, tenho vários parentes que realizaram curso nessa instituição e foi muito proveitoso antes da pandemia, porém indiquei essa escola pra o meu esposo devido ao histórico dela mesmo, ele iniciou o curso em fevereiro de 2020 e logo depois começou a Pandemia, e a escola parou junto com a Pandemia, foi bem difícil a adaptação da escola as aulas on line, os alunos ficaram um bom tempo sem aulas mas a mensalidade não deixaram de cobrar nem um mês ! Os estágios?! Desconhecemos o que é isso!! Hoje mais de um ano o meu esposo cursando o auxiliar de enfermagem e sem estágios em hospital, agora que foram liberar uns estágios em casa de repouso pra o pessoal que está terminando o auxiliar, muito ruim isso pra o aprendizado dos alunos, nos sentimos em um beco sem saída, tínhamos tantos planos, muito frustrante tudo isso! O pior é ver outras escolas tendo estágios em hospitais e a polígono não tem isso a oferecer ...sinceramente eu tenho minhas dúvidas se os hospitais irão contratar esses alunos que realizaram o curso nesse tempo de Pandemia já por saber que eles não terão destreza em nada que não terão experiências nenhuma no campo de estágio em hospital! A escola poderia se esforçar um pouco mais pra conseguir campo de estágio em hospital pra pelo menos esse pessoal que iniciou o curso ano passado se não irão formar alunos frustrados que não sabem nada ... O pior de tudo ainda é ver colocando mais gente nova na turma sendo que não estão com estrutura nem pra atender a demanda atual ...que dirá colocar mais gente?! Sinceramente decepção total!
I am extremely disappointed with the school because unfortunately it did not adapt well to this phase of Pandemic, I have several relatives who took a course at this institution and it was very useful before the pandemic, but I recommended this school to my husband due to her history, he started the course in February 2020 and soon after the Pandemic began, and the school stopped with the Pandemic, it was very difficult to adapt the school to the online classes, the students were without a lot of time but the monthly fee did not stop charging not a month! The stages ?! We don't know what that is !! Today, more than a year, my husband is attending the nursing assistant and without internships in hospital, now that they have been releasing some internships in the nursing home for the staff who are finishing the assistant, very bad for the students' learning, we feel at home. a dead end, we had so many plans, very frustrating all of it! The worst thing is to see other schools having internships in hospitals and the polygon does not have that to offer ... honestly I have my doubts if the hospitals will hire these students who took the course in this time of Pandemic already knowing that they will not have the skills to nothing that they will have no experience in the field of internship in hospital! The school could try a little harder to get internship field in hospital for at least these people who started the course last year if they will not train frustrated students who know nothing ... The worst of all is to see adding more new people in the class being that they are not even structured to meet the current demand ... let alone put more people ?! Sincerely total disappointment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui aluno desse instituto no passado e como preciso fazer um novo curso, entrei em contato com a escola para saber mais informações. Fui atendido pela funcionária Erica, que informou estar ocupada no momento e pediu meu contato, para assim que finalizasse o atendimento em que estava, me retornaria.
Não houve o retorno e tentei insistentemente falar na unidade e não consegui mais.
Tenho que discordar das demais avaliações negativas, onde dizem que o atendimento inicial é bom e depois são atendidos por profissionais sem educação e mal educados, no meu caso a falta de respeito já começou no atendimento primário.
Extremamente decepcionado com esta escola. Quando me perguntavam onde havia feito o curso de segurança do trabalho, sempre falei muito bem da escola (inclusive dizia ser referência neste curso), a partir de hoje, toda referência positiva que eu tinha acabou.

There was no return and I tried repeatedly to speak at the unit and I couldn't do it anymore.
I have to disagree with the other negative evaluations, where they say that the initial care is good and then they are attended by uneducated and poorly educated professionals, in my case the lack of respect has already started in primary care.
Extremely disappointed in this school. When I was asked where I had taken the occupational safety course, I always spoke very highly of the school (I even said it was a reference in this course), as of today, all positive references I had are gone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima escola. Cai no papo de que era a melhor escola técnica, só me frustrei. Mensalidade é cara, não dão respaldo para os alunos, estão com problemas com a prefeitura em Santo André e não encaminharam nenhum dos alunos para estágios em hospitais e UPA's, formando alunos do curso de auxiliar e técnico de enfermagem praticamente como cuidadores de idosos.
Todos os alunos matriculados que conheço estão insatisfeitos, quem se matricular vai se arrepender também. Não escolham pelo nome, pesquisem as qualificações da escola, porque essa é deprimente.
Bad school. I fell for the talk that it was the best technical school, I just got frustrated. Tuition fees are expensive, they do not provide support for the students, they are having problems with the city hall in Santo André and they did not refer any of the students to internships in hospitals and UPA's, training students in the nursing assistant and technician course practically as caregivers for the elderly.
All enrolled students I know are dissatisfied, whoever enrolls will regret it too. Don't choose by name, research the qualifications of the school, because this one is depressing.

I think it's absurd for the school to indicate a store where to buy clothes for the internship in the most expensive place they have! The school is no longer the cheapest and it's still pushing you to this store! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, na hora de fechar são rápidos e práticos, solicitei o cancelamento 2 dias após ter feito a matrícula por motivos pessoais... pasmem cobram 30% do valor sendo que se quer utilizei algum recurso da instituição! estorno dos 70% tem mais de 7 dias e eles usando meu dinheiro... falta discernimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está sendo horrível lidar com a coordenação de estágio , eu ex - a aluno quitei minha dívida , paguei a rematrícula e desde o primeiro dia que estive lá a coordenadora deixou a desejar nas informações prestadas , gerando dúvidas em mim , quanto ao começo do estágio , não me deu nenhum papel , nenhuma lista , disse de boca q eu estava a partir de abril em tal lugar , todas as questões que tenho e mando pra coordenação não são respondidas . Deixam no vácuo no único canal razoável pra conversar diretamente com a coordenação de estágio o whatsapp. Por 3 vezes perguntei sobre o trabalho de estágio , uma dúvida que eu tenho e até hj a coordenadora não respondeu ! Falta de respeito , descaso , pra eu conseguir o crachá provisório eu tive que correr atrás , pq nem isso a coordenação me informou , fora a dúvida do dia que começava o estágio , a coordenação não me respondeu . Decepcionante saber que o instituto polígono de ensino se tornou isso ! Na época que estudei era excelente e a coordenação super ajudava , dava todas as informações , hje vc chega lá presencialmente estão mais preocupados em tirar dinheiro seu , do que sanar suas dúvidas.

They leave it in the vacuum on the only reasonable channel to talk directly with the internship coordination or whatsapp. I asked 3 times about the internship work, a question I have and until today the coordinator has not answered! Lack of respect, neglect, for me to get the temporary badge I had to run after it, because the coordination didn't even inform me about that, apart from the doubt on the day the internship started, the coordination didn't answer me. Disappointing to know that the polygon teaching institute became this! At the time I studied it was excellent and the coordination was super helpful, gave all the information, today you get there in person they are more concerned with taking money from you, than solving your doubts.
