★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou decepcionado com o atendimento. Cheguei, abri o pedido de serviço, depois de 1h a atendente veio me dizer que não tinham o pneu. Como assim? Como uma pessoa abre uma ordem de serviço sem saber se tem o material? Sempre gostei do preço e do serviço prestado ali mas acabei decepcionado.
I'm disappointed with the service. I arrived, opened the service request, after 1 hour the attendant came to tell me that they didn't have the tire. Like this? How does a person open a work order without knowing if they have the material? I always liked the price and the service provided there but I ended up disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento em Barra do Piraí.Levei meus pneus já comprado na internet,me passaram um valor de montagem e balaciamento por se tratar de rodas traseiras,e a dianteira já estava alinhada, quando disse que levaria meus pneus que estavam bons o valor do serviço aumentava,por fim se levasse meus próprios pneus tirando do meu carro teria que pagar 20 reais,me recusei,no fim da contas me cobraram 20 reais por desmontagem,um serviço que nunca tinha visto, enfim nunca mais volto nessa loja, enfim tire suas conclusões,como meus pneus novos já estavam montados, não valia a pena,20 reais a mais pra mim não faria diferença,mas para o dono da loja é muito, tire suas conclusões...
Poor service in Barra do Piraí. I took my tires already bought on the internet, they gave me a fitting and balancing value because they are rear wheels, and the front was already aligned, when I said I would take my tires that were good the service value it increased, finally if I took my own tires out of my car I would have to pay 20 reais, I refused, after all they charged me 20 reais for disassembly, a service I had never seen, so I’m never going back to that store, so finally take your conclusions, as my new tires were already assembled, it wasn’t worth it, 20 reais more for me wouldn’t make a difference, but for the store owner it’s a lot, draw your conclusions
