Procurei a loja para uma revisão no box blindex e fui informada que deveria esperar o atendimento domiciliar no dia seguinte. Não moro aqui em Nova Iguaçu, vim p resolver um problema na casa dos meus pais e tive que dormir aqui p esperar o atendimento no dia seguinte. Ninguém apareceu, nem me deram satisfação nenhuma. Fui na loja novamente para me informar e simplesmente falaram que a pessoa não foi trabalhar e pronto. Nem uma satisfacao, nenhuma ligação.
 Terrible attendance! Total disregard for the consumer he seeks and the preference for his services. I went to the store for a review on the luxury shower and was told I should expect home care the next day. I don't live here in Nova Iguaçu, I came to solve a problem at my parents' house and I had to sleep here to wait for the service the next day. No one came, nor did they give me any satisfaction. I went to the store again to inform myself and they simply said that the person was not working and ready. Not a satisfaction, no connection.
