★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O funcionário Ives atendeu meu pai com muita má vontade, grosseria e falta de paciência. Ao ajudá-lo na transferência de dados do antigo celular para o novo, tratou meu pai com muita falta de vontade, a todo momento resmungava e reclamava de algo. Só concluímos a compra em consideração ao vendedor Luis, que a todo momento tentou ser gentil e “encobrir” a impaciência do Ives. Espero que os funcionários da loja sejam revistos e melhor treinados, pois a experiência foi muito desagradável. Provavelmente não haverá próxima vez.
 The employee Ives attended my father with very bad will, rudeness and lack of patience. When he helped him transfer data from his old cell phone to his new one, he treated my father very unwillingly, grumbling and complaining about something all the time. We only completed the purchase in consideration of the seller Luis, who at all times tried to be kind and "cover up" Ives' impatience. I hope that the store staff will be reviewed and better trained, as the experience was very unpleasant. There probably won't be a next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu esposo fez uma compra pelo site do Extra e pediu pra fazer retirada na loja, fizemos a retirada do smartphone e quando chegamos em casa vimos que tinha duas fotos de uma das funcionárias da loja, voltamos até a loja para saber o que tinha acontecido pois não vimos o funcionário estourando o lacre da caixinha do celular, conversamos com o gerente e o mesmo disse que tinha duas opções ou devolver o produto e fazer o cancelamento da compra e esperar em torno de cinco dias úteis para o site nos dar o extorno no cartão e fazer uma nova compra e esperar mais três dias úteis para fazer a aprovação da compra novamente ou então ficar com o aparelho daquele jeito, o aparelho não tinha defeito porém pegamos um aparelho que era pra ser colocado para mostruário e não foi posto e ainda tiraram foto da funcionária e guardaram novamente para ser vendido. Achei super chato a atitude que os funcionários tiveram, fomos obrigados a ficar com o aparelho pois meu esposo trabalha com o aparelho e já estava a cinco dias sem celular.
My husband made a purchase through Extra's website and asked to make a withdrawal at the store, we took out the smartphone and when we got home we saw that there were two photos of one of the employees of the store, we went back to the store to find out what had happened because we did not see the employee popping the seal off the cell phone box, we talked to the manager and he said he had two options or to return the product and cancel the purchase and wait around five business days for the site to give us the card and make a new purchase and wait another three business days to approve the purchase again or stay with the device that way, the device had no defect but we took a device that was to be placed for display and was not put and still took a picture of the clerk and kept it again to be sold. I found it annoying the attitude that the employees had, we were forced to keep the device because my husband works with the device and was already five days without a cell phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa desrespeita a Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados e compartilha dados pessoais de clientes com empresas parceiras sem autorização. Recebi mensagens SMS das Casas Bahia, e quando reclamei a justificativa era de que eu tinha cadastro no Ponto Frio. Ambas lojas pertencem ao grupo Via Varejo. Desrespeito com as pessoas.
Company disrespects the General Data Protection Law and shares personal data of customers with partner companies without authorization. I received SMS messages from Casas Bahia, and when I complained the justification was that I had a registration at Ponto Frio. Both stores belong to the Via Varejo group. Disrespect for people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ah uma variedade de produtos na loja porem para cada nicho de mercado ha pouca quantidade, devido os impacotos que a pandemia causo nos comerciantes, os preços estão um pouco "salgados " visto que os valores e custo de vida aumentaram. O que não torna atrativo a busca por produtos, a não ser que haja necessidade de visualização do produto pessoalmente. Fora a opção de retirada dos produtos comprados pela Internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como não tinha o produto que eu queria na loja, tive de instalar o app, e após vários preenchimentos, o pedido nao foi aceito porque o valor que estava no começo do pedido havia subido, e eu teria de aceitar o novo valor. Claro que não aceitei!?
