★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é muito boa e os produtos de qualidade. O que peca é a insistência do vendedor em incluir um seguro naquilo que você está comprando. Essa tem sido a tônica de várias lojas e isso aborrece.

Sempre com produtos diferenciados do mercado e de ótima qualidade é sempre interessante dar uma passada e ver as novidades. Loja ampla e um bom atendimento fazem do lugar uma loja vip, nos produtos e nos preços que são geralmente mais caros que similares do mercado. Mas realmente sempre diferenciados.

Preços impraticaveis.
Lugar bom para se vê como vitrine de produtos e comprar pelo melhor preço na Internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendedores sem noção. Estava pagando o produto até que começaram com piadinhas pelo fato de não adquirir a garantia extendida. Se o produto de quase mil reais, não dura mais que um ano, melhor não comprar. Agradeci e fui embora. Não recomendo.
Clueless sellers. I was paying for the product until they started joking about not getting the extended warranty. If the product of almost a thousand reais does not last more than a year, better not buy. I thanked him and left. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra na Polishop do Shopping Pq Dom Pedro. Precisei trocar 2 vezes e, na terceira vez que o equipamento deu problema, desisti do produto (máquina de fazer leite vegetal). Enfim, fui na Polishop do Shopping Iguatemi e aceitaram trocar por outro produto. O problema é que se recusaram a nos atender no sábado pra fazer troca. A loja estava vazia. Falei que era de outra cidade, mas não teve jeito. Tive que voltar outro dia pra ser atendida.
I made a purchase at Polishop at Shopping Pq Dom Pedro. I had to change it 2 times and, on the third time the equipment failed, I gave up on the product (vegetable milk machine). Anyway, I went to Polishop at Shopping Iguatemi and agreed to exchange for another product. The problem is that they refused to meet us on Saturday to make an exchange. The store was empty. I said it was from another city, but there was no way. I had to come back the other day to be attended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitei a loja num final de semana com meu marido, estávamos querendo comprar aquela frigideira que não usa óleo... Uma vendedora veio nos atender, mostrou os itens a disposição, e então eu e meu marido começamos andar pela loja, conversando e decidindo se íamos levar a frigideira ou não!!! Acabamos saindo da loja irritados e sem comprar nada, pois a vendedora não saia do nosso pé, ficava em cima da gnt, não deixava nem a gnt decidir sobre a compra, o que torna um ambiente chato e inconveniente, fica a tdo momento perguntando se a gnt tava com dúvida em algum produto. E a gnt só queria espaço para conversar. Enfim, não gostei, sai irritada, naquela loja não volto.

We ended up leaving the store irritated and not buying anything, because the seller did not leave our foot, was on top of the gnt, did not even let the gnt decide on the purchase, which makes a boring and inconvenient environment, is all the time asking if gnt was doubtful about any product. And the gnt just wanted space to talk. Anyway, I did not like it, it leaves irritated, I do not go back to that store.
