Fui agora a noite na loja da Claro maior e lá não quiseram resolver meu problema (que era só me vender outro chip da minha conta claro que fui roubada), falaram que sistema estava inoperante mas insisti ate que falaram para ir na outra loja mais a frente no próprio Norte Shopping, era a loja menor que fui muito bem atendida pelo funcionário Jean e outra atendente que não reparei nome. Entendi que na outra loja eles só queriam saber de vender celular e o restante não importava pra eles. MUITO INSATISFEITA!
Poorly attended in the big store, as there are two in the north mall. Now I went to Claro Maior store at night and they didn't want to solve my problem (it was just selling me another chip from my account, of course I was stolen), they said that the system was inoperative but I insisted that they even talked to go to the other store in front of Norte Shopping itself, it was the smallest store that I was very well attended to by the employee Jean and another attendant who didn't notice my name. I realized that in the other store they just wanted to know how to sell cell phones and the rest didn't matter to them. VERY DISSATISFIED!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendida em minha dúvida que foi sanada e resolvida, com destaque a 2 funcionários que atenderam sem hesitar mesmo parecendo algo muito estranho. Fui tentar adquirir um paysafecard coisa que é bem difícil em nosso estado por não ter divulgação e ser ligada a somente uma empresa de maquina de cartões. Obrigada aos funcionários da loja. GGWP!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência na loja Claro do Norte Shopping. Neste sábado levei meu celular, com NOTA FISCAL, para desbloquear o IMEI, que eu havia bloqueado porque tinha perdido o aparelho, mas recuperei dias depois.
Fui o único cliente que atenderam na porta da loja. A atendente pegou minha NF na entrada da loja, não me pediu nenhum documento para comprovar nada, fiquei aguardando em pé do lado de fora, 2 minutos depois, no máximo, ela voltou e disse q o aparelho voltaria func. Em 24h. Já se passaram 26h. Nada foi feito!!!! Péssimo atendimento e preconceito. Quiseram me despachar logo da loja e nem me atenderam devidamente. Pelo visto, da forma e o tempo que levou meu atendimento, eu já desconfiei que ela não tinha feito nada. Eu ligo pra Claro 1052 e dizem que só é possivel realizar o desbloqueio na loja. Vou procurar outra loja.
I had a bad experience at the Claro do Norte Shopping store. This Saturday I took my cell phone, with FISCAL NOTE, to unlock the IMEI, which I had blocked because I had lost the device, but recovered days later.
I was the only customer who answered the door of the store. The attendant took my NF at the entrance of the store, didn't ask me for any document to prove anything, I was standing outside, 2 minutes later, at most, she came back and said that the device would work again. In 24h. It's been 26h. Nothing was made!!!! Bad service and prejudice. They wanted to dispatch me right away from the store and didn't even answer me properly. Apparently, the way and the time it took my service, I already suspected that she had done nothing. I call Claro 1052 and they say it's only possible to unlock it in the store. I'll look for another store.
