★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de deixar aqui minha insatisfação com relação ao atendimento dos colaboradores dessa unidade.
Hoje dia 11/10/2021 por volta das 07h30 fui comprar um lanche para toma um café em meu trabalho, ao chegar no local estava parecendo um boteco de vila que virou a noite aberto com algumas pessoas falando auto e consequentemente eles estavam falando auto devido o SOM da TV está muito auto, fui atendido por uma colaboradora que não estava identificada por um crachá (eu também não fiz questão de perguntar seu nome) a colaboradora estava de muito mau humor, reclamando que seus colegas do turno anterior não deixou nenhuma das maquinas de cartão carregada, falando mau de seus colegas na minha frente e de outros clientes.
Também trabalho atendendo publico e sou responsável por um TIME (Equipe) e nenhuma vez permitir lavar roupa suja na frente dos nossos clientes, hoje eu me senti completamente chateado com esse tipo de atendimento que recebi e com certeza é uma experiência que irei compartilhar com meu time para que na empresa que eu trabalho não ocorra esse tipo de situação que é muito ruim para a empresa quanto para os clientes que estão no local.
Outro ponto de OBSERVAÇÂO, a colaboradora estava tão desatenta que eu pedi 2 esfiha, ela me disse (Só tenho de carne) eu informei a ela que ok poderia ser, devido esse problema todo com a musica alta, clientes tentando falar mais auto que a TV ela apos cobrar me deu 2 Coxinha, ao chegar no meu trabalho para toma o café fiquei mais chateado por que nem o meu pedido foi atendido.
Enfim, aqui fica um relato de um péssimo atendimento, espero que o Dono do lugar possa rever a postura de seus colaboradores e possa capacitar eles para que esse local seja um local confortável e que os clientes possam se sentir mais confortável ao entrar e ser atendido.

Today 10/11/2021 at around 7:30 am I went to buy a snack for a coffee at my work, when I arrived at the place it was like a village bar that turned into an open night with some people talking self and consequently they were talking self due the TV sound is very loud, I was attended by an employee who was not identified by a name tag (I didn't ask her name either) the employee was in a very bad mood, complaining that her colleagues from the previous shift did not leave any of the card machines loaded, raving about their colleagues in front of me and other customers.
I also work serving the public and am responsible for a TEAM (Team) and never once allow washing dirty clothes in front of our customers, today I felt completely upset with this type of service I received and it is certainly an experience that I will share with my team so that in the company I work this type of situation does not occur, which is very bad for the company as well as for the customers who are at the site.
Another point of NOTE, the collaborator was so inattentive that I asked for 2 esfiha, she told me (I only have meat) I informed her that it could be ok, due to this whole problem with loud music, customers trying to speak more self than the TV after charging, she gave me 2 Coxinha, when I arrived at my work to have breakfast I was more upset because even my request was not granted.
Anyway, here is a report of poor service, I hope that the owner of the place can review the posture of his employees and can train them so that this place is a comfortable place and that customers can feel more comfortable when entering and being served .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ponto de esfiha já foi melhor resolvi hj pedir uma coxinha e algo mais mais que decepção olha isso o quibe estourado queimado por fora cru por dentro coxinha mal frita. já começa pela atendente mal educada. Será que o proprietário (a) sabe disso? senão esta satisfeito com alguma coisa não o cliente é que não pode ser responsabilizado. hoje 25-09-2020 fiquei chateado já esteve melhor.
Esfiha point was already better I decided today to order a coxinha and something more than disappointment look at that the broken kebab burnt on the outside raw inside badly fried coxinha. it starts with the rude attendant. Does the owner know this? otherwise, the customer is not satisfied that he cannot be held responsible. today 25-09-2020 I was upset it was better.

Não recomendo a ida, salvo se for para Delivery.
Place with poor service, few options of snacks and drinks with high prices.
