Região difícil para arrumar vaga para estacionar.

Efetuei o pedido e fui informada q demoraria 40 min para ser entregue, até ai blz...O pedido chegou até mim depois de aproximadamente 1h30 e para minha surpresa chegou pizza no lugar da esfihas que solicitei...Ao ligar no estabelecimento para relatar o ocorrido o atendente achou graça!...E o pior foi o comentário do motoboy ao voltar para realizar a troca onde deu a entender que a obrigação era nossa de conferir o pedido!Lamentável que um local como esse ainda esteja de portas abertas!Descaso total com o cliente!
First and last time. !! I made the request and was informed that it would take 40 min to be delivered, until ai blz ... The request came to me after approximately 1:30 am and to my surprise pizza arrived in the place of the sieges I requested ... When calling the establishment to report the event happened the attendant was amused! ... And the worst thing was the comment of the motoboy when returning to realize the exchange where it was implied that the obligation was ours to verify the request! Unfortunately that such a place is still open! Total lack of customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A esfiha é boa, mas nunca entregam no horário. Sempre atrasam de 20 a 30 minutos. Toda vez tenho que ligar pra cobrar. Melhor pedirem 1 hora antes da fome chegar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento delivery é péssimo. Pedimos uma pizza hoje de portuguesa (sem ervilha e sem cebola) mas veio com muita cebola (muita mesmo). No momento do pedido perguntei o tempo de entrega, a atendente me falou que era 50 min, mas a pizza demorou 1:40 HS para chegar em casa. Liguei 02 vezes para cobrar, a atendente me informou que estava esperando os motoboys chegarem de outras entregas para trazer a minha pizza. Quando o motoboy chegou, perguntamos o porquê de tanto atraso, ele informou que é problema interno, são poucas pessoas para dar conta de muitos pedidos, resumindo, um jogando a culpa no outro e o cliente que lute para ter sua pizza conforme pedido. Sabe o que eu me espanto, é que não é de graça e não é a mais barata da região. Lamentável, pois hoje foi meu último pedido nesta pizzaria e não recomendo ninguém pedir delivery se estiver com fome e com crianças com fome e impacientes em casa.

I placed an order for delivery, they are more than an hour late (it's been 2 hours since I requested). They didn't respond to the chat or answer one of the 4 calls I made.
