E o MOTORISTA CARRO PLACA FMN1174 FOI EMBORA DO LOCAL com minha mochila dentro. Maior falta de respeito, com a cliente.
Liguei no ponto onde fui atendida com grosserias.
Fiz boletim de ocorrencia e nao aconselho ngm a pegar taxi nesse ponto.

AND THE DRIVER CAR PLATE FMN1174 WAS AWAY FROM THE PLACE with my backpack inside. Greater lack of respect with the client.
I called at the point where I was treated with rudeness.
I made a police report and I do not advise anyone to take a taxi at that point.

Sinceramente por isso prefiro ficar parada esperando o Uber na frente do ponto de vcs , hoje fui abrir uma exceção e me decepcionei

Se negaram a levar minha mãe ( uma senhora de 70 anos com problemas de locomoção) pra casa pois disseram " o percurso é muito curto não paga nem a gasolina" Mas já sei que é o motorista e vou fazer uma reclamação formal ao órgão responsável. Um absurdo ser tratada assim. Por isso perdem para o UBER e vão perder cada vez mais.
Lousy service ... completely stupid and ignorant drivers. They refused to take my mother (a 70-year-old woman with mobility problems) home because they said "the ride is too short, I don't even pay for gas" But I already know that it's the driver and I'm going to make a formal complaint to the responsible agency. It is absurd to be treated like this. So they lose to UBER and will lose more and more.
