★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forget the rustic environment, this restaurant is part of Genilda house. Outside is a little door in the middle of a commercial area, but inside, this restaurant keep the best treasures of Brumadinho, the Minas Gerais (or mineira) cuisine with a gourmet touch, unlike the traditional mineira food, Chef Genilda made with unique touch, so, you can eat all options with peace of mind. There is no fixed menu, the system is a all-you-ca-eat, plus the desert (BRL$ 45/person @ 2018/Jul). They are options to vegetarians too and the Chef explains (in portuguese) about the food.
If you like a spicy or salty food, I'm sorry it's not for you.
The service is good, they accept all major credit cards and you can made a reservation using TheFork APP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended stop. The place is simple but about the food! Dona Ge, an ex teacher gave up teaching to focus on her passion, COOKING! And this is something she does remarkably well. All dishes are freshly made on spot.
