★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até essa loja dia 01 e no dia 02 de junho 2022 no dia 01 fui atendido por uma moça que não lembro o nome, mas não gostei de forma que me atendeu super mal educada.
No dia seguinte fui de novo, queria ser atendido pelo Hugo,porém ele não estava e um outro vendedor me atendeu por nome de Plinio, que cara chato, má educado e grosso não gostei do atendimento dele então resolvi sair da loja e fui comprar minha Tv no magazine Luiza
Inventei uma desculpa pra sair dessa loja, fiquei tão constrangido que não quero mais voltar lá
Sou cliente desse loja desde 2012 sempre comprei ai
Compro com a Katia maravilhosa super educada gentil sabe atender as pessoas
E o Hugo também que é muito gente boa e educado
Recomendo quem quiser ir nessa loja procurar pelo Hugo e pela Katia
Pretendo voltar até loja porém só irei comprar se for com o Hugo

Sair da loja e fui direto no magazine Luiza comprar minha Tv.

I made up an excuse to leave this store, I was so embarrassed that I don't want to go back there anymore
I've been a customer of this store since 2012 I've always shopped there
I buy with Katia, wonderful, super polite, kind, knows how to serve people
And Hugo is also a very good and polite person.
I recommend anyone who wants to go to this store to look for Hugo and Katia
I intend to go back to the store but I will only buy if it is with Hugo
In short
I left the store and went straight to the Luiza magazine to buy my TV.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente minha experiência com essa loja não foi satisfatória. Não sei dizer quem errou já que duas atendentes me recepcionou, por sinal muito atenciosas, porém me causaram um transtorno.
O fato é que comprei um celular com 128gb e me foi entregue com 64gb, porém só percebi o erro 24 hrs após a compra, fui até a loja fazer a troca, no entanto o gerente de plantao não soube fazer a troca mesmo com a ajuda do gerente geral ( ajuda sendo feita por vídeo).
Fiquei 1 hr na loja sem o problema ser resolvido.
Lamentável o gerente não saber fazer um processo de devolução.
Em resumo tive custo com estacionamento hj e terei amanhã novamente, pois vou retornar a loja na tentativa de resolver esse lamentável atendimento.
Unfortunately, my experience with this store was not satisfactory. I can't say who was wrong since two attendants welcomed me, by the way very attentive, but they caused me an inconvenience.
The fact is that I bought a cell phone with 128gb and it was delivered to me with 64gb, but I only noticed the error 24 hrs after the purchase, I went to the store to make the exchange, however the plant manager did not know how to make the exchange even with the help from the general manager (help being done by video).
I stayed in the store for 1 hr without the problem being resolved.
It's a shame the manager doesn't know how to do a return process.
In short, I had a parking cost today and I will have it again tomorrow, as I will return to the store in an attempt to resolve this unfortunate service.
