★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa, seguraram um valor em dinheiro que pediram como sinal me obrigando a fazer um documento e reconhecer firma de um carro reservado pra mim mesmo quando eles já tinham vendido o veículo. Não recomento fazer negócio com essa empresa. Não cumprem combinados.
Terrible company, they held a cash value that they asked for as a sign forcing me to make a document and notarize a car reserved for me even when they had already sold the vehicle. I do not recommend doing business with this company. They don't comply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perda de tempo levar seu carro para avaliação la. Depreciação muito acima da média de mercado. Seu carro pode estar impecável. É mais de 25% abaixo da Tabela. Fora que te mandam embora pra te passar o valor por Whatsapp. Não tem nem a coragem de te falar pessoalmente para não ouvirem reclamações.
Waste of time taking your car in for appraisal there. Depreciation well above the market average. Your car may be immaculate. It is more than 25% below the Table. Other than that they send you away to give you the value by Whatsapp. They don't even have the courage to talk to you in person so they won't hear complaints.

Não me comunicarão esse fato, agora estou esperando a justiça resolver esse problema e possível a devolução do meu dinheiro. Uma péssima agência. Não indicaria pra ninguém

E estou prestes a fazer uma outra negociação, onde estou tendo um bom negócio e valorização no meu carro! Indico essa loja e o vendedor Juninho para atender, procurem ele! Em breve estarei com meu novo carro se Deus quiser!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora de vender são ótimos e na hora de cobrar tbm, não se iludam com essas classificações boas não, eles na hora da compra te induzem a gente a fazer a classificação falando bem deles aqui.
Tem quase 2 anos que compramos eu e meu marido um carro nessa loja, compramos em março de 2020 e já é janeiro de 2022 e nada de passarem o documento pro nosso nome, só sabem cobrar pra gente pagar IPVA, o IPVA só vence pro final do ano e já estão cobrando, nesses quase 2 anos entramos em contato várias vezes pra tentar regularizar e NADA! Fora a bomba de gasolina que veio com problema e não foi resolvido, minha unica solução talvez seja acionar o Procon ou entrar com um processo contra a loja ou contra a localiza que é o nome que esta no documento. Indico passarem longe dessa loja, depois que vendem eles não tratam mais seus clientes como antes da venda.

It's been almost 2 years since my husband and I bought a car in this store, we bought it in March 2020 and it's already January 2022 and they don't pass the document to our name, they only know how to charge us to pay IPVA, the IPVA only expires at the end of the year and they are already charging, in these almost 2 years we contacted several times to try to regularize and NOTHING! Apart from the gas pump that came with a problem and was not resolved, my only solution might be to trigger Procon or file a lawsuit against the store or localize, which is the name in the document. I recommend staying away from this store, after they sell they don't treat their customers like they did before the sale.
