Fui atendida pelo própio dono e que marcou para entregar a minha roupa no dia seguinte as 14:00, fui buscar as 14:30 não estava pronto ele informou que estava finalizando bem com pouco caso, fui embora para um compromisso voltei 15:15 e não estava pronto ainda, ele discutiu comigo que eu tinha que entender sendo que ele não teve nenhuma satisfação de me informar que atrasou ou de se preocupar com o cliente, perdi tempo e gasolina indo a loja duas vezes, não recomendo
Terrible! I was attended by the owner and he made an appointment to deliver my clothes the next day at 2:00 pm, I went to pick up at 2:30 pm I was not ready he said he was finishing well with little case, I left for an appointment I returned 15:15 and I wasn't ready yet, he argued with me that I had to understand that he had no satisfaction in informing me that he was late or worrying about the customer, I wasted time and gas going to the store twice, I don't recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrivel. Levei 2 jalecos para bordar, e mesmo após várias orientações me entregaram um bordado grosseiro e grande. Centralizaram no jaleco sendo q tinha uma faixa (que ignoraram) o que deixou totalmente com aspecto de torto. Muito triste...
Horrible. I took 2 lab coats to embroider, and even after several orientations they gave me a coarse and large embroidery. They centered on the lab coat and there was a band (which they ignored) which left it totally crooked. Very sad...
