Vários convidados do nosso casamento compraram na loja achando que tínhamos feito lista de casamento lá, conforme orientação da vendedora. Ao entrarmos em contato com a loja não souberam nos explicar o episódio da lista inexistente e nos informaram que não seria possível realizar a troca dos produtos que NÃO escolhemos.
Saímos prejudicados e insatisfeitos.
Péssima experiência!
Total neglect and disrespect for the customer!
Several guests at our wedding bought it at the store thinking we had made a wedding list there, as instructed by the seller. When we contacted the store, they did not know how to explain the episode on the non-existent list and informed us that it would not be possible to exchange products that we did NOT choose.
We left harmed and dissatisfied.
Bad experience!
