Infelizmente falata de profissionalismo e comprometimento!!! Ninguem tem obrigaçãod e concordar com os valoresd e orça,mentop e sederama opção de trazer devem trazer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha impressora apresentou um problema que aparentemente, era falta de tinta, tanque estava com nivel baixo de tintas, abasteci os tanques e o problema persistiu, então solicitei os serviços desta empresa que veio retirar a impressora para um orçamento e o valor do orçamento foi muito alto, optei por comprar uma nova e não aprovei o orçamento, mas o que me decepcionou foi que o meu tanque de tinta preta veio zerado me senti bem triste, enviei msg e não deram a minima, nem responderam. Não recomendo, mas se você assim mesmo queira levar para uma avaliação envie com o tanque vazio.
My printer had a problem that apparently was lack of ink, the tank was low on ink, I filled the tanks and the problem persisted, so I asked for the services of this company that came to remove the printer for a quote and the budget amount was very tall, I chose to buy a new one and I didn't approve the budget, but what disappointed me was that my black ink tank came to zero I felt very sad, I sent a msg and they didn't give a damn, nor did they reply. I don't recommend it, but if you still want to take it for an evaluation, send it empty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Somente porque eu recusei o serviço, eu tive que ir buscar o equipamento (diferente) do anúncio, e agora a impressora não liga mais. Antes de ir o problema era a tinta preta que não funcionava, agora ela nem liga mais. E os cartuchos que estavam todos cheios, vieram com menos tinta. Li outros comentários que aconteceu a mesma coisa. Obrigada Pontual Tech
Terrible attendance. Just because I refused the service, I had to go get the (different) equipment in the ad, and now the printer no longer turns on. Before going the problem was the black ink that didn't work, now it doesn't even turn on anymore. And the cartridges that were all full came with less ink. I read other reviews that the same thing happened. Thank you Punctual Tech

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vieram retirar a impressora em Maio do ano passado, e desde lá, está uma enorme enrolação, esperando peça etc. Não respondem mais email e mensagem, e ligando lá a pessoa responsável nunca está disponível para atender. Ou caí num golpe ou então a empresa tem sérios problemas de comprometimento com seus clientes. Fujam. Ou comprem uma impressora nova, pois o reparo acabou saindo quase 60% do valor de uma nova.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não confiem. Minha impressora está desde dezembro de 2021 e até hoje 29 de março de 2022, não consegui nem a devolução da minha impressora.
Ficou para concertar não entravam em contato, quando perguntei sobre o reparo falaram que não teriam a peça mais de um mês, solicitei a devoulução da mesma e não ocorreu até agora. E não me dão nenhuma satisfação. Hoje tentarei mais uma vez, caso não consiga, farei um B.O.
